Supervised, Trained, and Evaluated a staff of 7 Conference Assistants at an undergraduate level
Attended and contributed to weekly professional staff meetings that aided in the further development of NMTs
Residential life
Developed diversity trainings to be used at NMTs Resident Assistant Training after my departure
Created a live manual for the Onity Key Card system for the Professional Staff to use as a resource
Updated all Summer Conferencing Doors in Onity to better aid the Conference Assistants in their work of encoding
key cards for each conference

Completed an average of 30 community service hours a semester at the Flagstaff Unified School District working with
children ages 5-11 in the after school program, FACTS, that provides a fun and safe place for the children to be once
school is over
Worked with RHA to promote their campus-wide events via social media, tabling, and advertising among the
residence halls

Acted as the Seasonal Day Camp Site Lead who oversees a staff of 12 with a program of over 100 children with a goal
to create a safe and fun environment

while under the Camps care

Oversaw an after school program with over 200 participants daily, and supervised a staff of 15 to provide a safe and
fun after school environment for children ages 5-12
Managed the books and accounting on over 600 accounts and maintained the Front Desk by ensuring all federal
paperwork was completed and submitted in a timely manner, and that all of the childrens files were updated on a
monthly basis
