Oversaw an after school program with over 200 participants daily, and supervised a staff of 15 to provide a safe and
fun after school environment for children ages 5-12
Managed the books and accounting on over 600 accounts and maintained the Front Desk by ensuring all federal
paperwork was completed and submitted in a timely manner, and that all of the childrens files were updated on a
monthly basis
Administered participant conduct and acted as a liaison to the parents of the participants

RAD(Rising Above Disabilities) Camp Program Staff June 2011 - Present


Oversaw and maintained the Camps Drama program which held classes daily that culminated in the Camp Talent
Show where the buddies showed the entire camp their various talents
Aided counselors with their buddies; All buddies are adults or children with a developmental disability. Counselors
acted as 24/7 caregivers
Worked nightly on call duties to ensure safety of the counselors, and especially our buddies and reporting all incidents
to the Camp Directors
Assisted in the implementation of the yearly new counselor training which covers Ability-First and basic occupational
therapy training
