I am writing in regard to the Spanish speaking teacher position that was posted on the AMS
website. I was pleased to see the posting for this position. I believe that my skills and experience
would be extremely beneficial to your school.
I am fluent in Spanish and also have my Primary Montessori teaching credentials which make
me a great candidate for the teaching position. Your school has a great reputation and I would
love to be a part of it. I know that with my previous Montessori experience along with my
fluency in Spanish, and motivation I would make a great asset to your school. Currently I am a
stay at home mother of 2 boys and looking for employment. Before having my children I was a
Primary Montessori teacher for 8 years. I was a lead teacher in a classroom of 35 children ages 3
to 6 years old and responsible for creating lesson plans, and keeping an organized classroom. I
also have experience in retail having managed a flower shop. My duties at the flower shop
included opening and closing the shop, organizing drivers, purchasing materials for the shop, and
designing. I have attached my resume.
