How are you madzy? I know things have been tough lately, but I hope you're doing well.

1. Sheena Barulan, the CEO of the company announced that the company
will be expanded in Malaybalay City early next year.
2. In connection with the expansion, we need Sunday Paller the Marketing
Department to go there in Malaybalay to find some needed employees.
3. Miss Marivel, the company's finance officer, presented the expansion's
estimated budget. (Please see the budget proposal attached.)
4. The CEO also instructed the heads of each department to prepare for the
upcoming expansion by submitting the necessary reports and documents
at the next meeting.
5. According to the CEO, the next meeting will be held in two weeks, on
December 20, 2021 (Monday), at 9:00 a.m., at the same location.
 6. Each department head is expected to attend and present their expansion
reports.
7. There are no other matters to be discussed.
