Members of the Community:

During ANC 5Es September Monthly Meeting, Gilles Stucker provided a brief update on Z.C.
Case No. 13-14 The McMillan Sand Filtration Site Redevelopment. Mr. Stucker provided two
details related to this project:

(1) The Zoning Commission ruled to favor of the development

(2) The DGS on site work will commence this Fall

Mr. Stucker, DMPED and DGS representatives will attend the upcoming MAG (McMillan
Advisory Group) Meeting scheduled on November 9th, 2017 at 7PM. Both representatives will
provide updates on the McMillan Sand Filtration Site Redevelopment.

All MAG meetings are open to the public. If you have concerns related to this project, my
suggestion is that you bring your concerns and/or questions to this meeting.

The MAG meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7PM
