TRANSKEI ISOLOMZI TRIP ~ OCTOBER 2016

Another successful trip to Isolomzi SSS was undertaken in the short October
holidays. Marion Wasdell and Rowan Harmuth were joined by two Rondebosch
teachers ~ Mrs Erna Du Toit (Maths) and Mrs Nadine Foster (Biology/Life Sciences).

Six Bosch pupils again gave up their holiday to drill important facts into the Isolomzi
Matric Class ~ Lorenzo Napoli & Rene Du Toit (Maths & Accounting), Ben Beaton
and Luca Di Giovanni (Maths Lit), Ryan Gaskin and Alex Bohlin (Maths).

We were also accompanied by Barry Wasdell (Marion's son) who not only taught
Calculus, but also helped with IT matters.

We are hoping this trip will get Isolomzi over the 90% pass rate. Well done to all
concerned, and thanks AGAIN to Caltex for the diesel in the Eastern Cape, and to
MEKOR FORD IN CLAREMONT FOR THE TWO RANGERS ~ without these two
sponsors, this trip would not have happened.
