    i. Front Cover, AC 230 gr, size 28 x 41 cm, printed FC 4/0, laminating glossy 1/0 (one side)
    ii. Front Cover color for hospital registers : 2915 U (R97-G177-B227 ; C53-M4-Y1-K0)
    iii. Front Cover color for Puskesmas registers : 193 U (R188-G178-B96 ; C3-M90-Y49-K9)
    iv. Back Cover, AC 310 gr, without printing
    v. Inside, HVS 80 gr, printed BW 1/1, 100 pages
    vi. Finishing staples & hot glue
