Standards: FIN-PA1-4, FIN-PA1-5, FIN-PA1-8, FIN-PA2-1

This project is designed to review and reinforce the content needed to go forward in Principles of
Accounting II. All of the material in Principles of Accounting I will not be presented; however,
you should have a solid foundation if you understand the topics covered. We will brainstorm the
content learned and create a master list. You will then be allowed to choose your topic, but no
more than two students will share the same topic.

Poster & Presentation Elements:

There are two elements to this project. First, you will develop your information. This will be
used to create a poster (standard size). Please be creative and use lots of color! (Sometimes,
accountants are not very creative! ) Your poster should contain the following at minimum:

Colorful pictures Titles/captions Very little white space

Accurate information Logical presentation of info Creative design

Second, you will create a presentation to share your information with the class. You may use
PowerPoint, Prezi, or Google Slides. Use the Presentation handout provided to review
presentation skills, and please rehearse your presentation before your scheduled time. The
presentation should be no less than 2 minutes in length.
