For clarifying, in the three weeks that attend the school, I started to prepare my lesson plan and
my lessons in order to teach the students many different lessons that engage them in the learning
cycle. I taught the students three lessons from different subjects such as, English, mathematics
and science.
In my first lesson, MCT came to observe me and assess me based on my teaching methods and I
taught the students an English lesson which was about the letter (t), so I prepared four activities
for 24 students to facilitate learning steps for them and to give them an opportunity to evolve
their skills and abilities by themselves. After the lesson finished and MCT observed me, I went
to her in order to take a feedback, she told me that I have mistakes such as, explaining the
activities for the students before they went to apply them, the transition aspect. I felt that I am
disappointed from myself because I did these mistakes that I can avoid them during the lesson
whereas MCT explained for me how I can develop my skills and abilities in order to not repeat
these mistakes.
Thus, the first experience of teaching a lesson in this school was very good because in the next
lessons I tried to teach better than before and without giving up. So, I succeed because I learned
from my old mistakes and I take a step forward to improve myself in a better way. Further, MST
gave me her feedback and it was supportive because she was phrasing me and she told me that I
had develop in myself lots of things and I had improved my teaching methods.
