Introduction

In this course we will cover the methodology used when

implementing complex IT projects, which is commonly
referred to as the project life cycle.

While other methodology do exist, I will be using the SAP

ASAP methodology and tools as the basis of this lecture.

The objective of this course is to enable the project members

to comprehend and understand each stage of the project and
their role within each stage.

Introduction

By the end of this course you should be able : -

Describe the different phases in the lifecycle of the project.
Know the activities and roles carried out in each phase of
the project.
Understand the inputs and outputs of each phase.
Understand the exit criteria of each phase.
