Greetings of Peace and Joy!

In line with the month-long Founding Anniversary Celebration of Rawis, City the
Rawis Barangay High School will be joining the Festival Dance Competition on
June 10, 2017.

In connection to this, we are respectfully asking permission from your good office
to borrow one municipal government truck vehicle that would be used to pick up
the festival costumes and props that we are going to use for the said event from
Barangay 4, Caluagan City.

Rest assured that the vehicle would be properly taken care of and will only be
used for this purpose. Your approval to lend a vehicle will be very much
appreciated for it will be of great help to us.

We are hoping for your favorable response to this request. Your kind assistance
in this regard is being solicited. Thank you.
