We’re going on a field trip!

Dear Parents:

On Friday, November 11, 2017, our 4th graders attend the Small Town Harvest Fest at the AG
Museum. We will be leaving around 8:30 a.m. and will return no later than 1:30 p.m.

Please sign the permission slip on the next page and return it to school as soon as possible.
Students who do not return their permission slips will not be allowed to attend the field trip.
We must have the permission slip on file in order for your child to attend. Please send the form
and payment for the trip to school no later than Friday, October 27, 2017.

 Your child should be dressed appropriately and should wear TENNIS shoes, as we will
be walking.
 We will have lunch on the grounds of the AG Museum. Sack lunches will be provided
by the cafeteria based on the lunch choice you indicate on the next page.
 Students should also bring a towel or blanket because we will be having a picnic.

The cost for the field trip is $12.00.

We will pay for one chaperone per class. Notify your child’s teacher if you would like to ride
the bus. Preference will be given to parents on a first come, first serve basis. Other parents
interested in attending can either follow us to the location or meet us there and pay $6
admission to get in.
