The objective of the researcher is to acknowledge about:

The hypothesis of the researcher is that the formation of NCLT & NCLAT will act as a single
window for settlement of all company law related disputes.

RESEARCH METHOLOGY
The researcher has adopted doctrinal method to collect data about the given topic. The
researcher has obtained information from various textbooks, journals, websites, articles, etc.
