right to say that its is part of your job to protect the apartment? Am I correct in saying this?

after the incident. Because in this Medico Legalreport marked as Exhibit "C", it states here that the date of examination
was January 27, 2016 at around 2PM, Am I correct?

ATTY. TALORONG: When did you file this case against the accused in the barangay, madam?

WITNESS: January 30, 2016 po

ATTY. TALORONG: So, also in January 6? Madam Witness, what did you do after you said that Suyen Dimanlig hit
you with a piece of wood?

WITNESS: Dumiretso po muna ako sa ano, ay ano, nagpamedical po muna ako, kailangan daw muna
magpa medical kaya natagalan yung medical

ATTY. TALORONG: This is what I don't get, Ms.Witness. You said you are the caretaker there, you said in your own
words, pinangangalagaan mo yung lugar, Am I correct?

WITNESS: Parang ganun po

ATTY. TALORONG: And of course you know the people there and if you are the caretaker, they trust you. Am I
right?

ATTY. TALORONG: So, you would like the honorable court to believe being the caretaker in charge of taking care
of the apartment, and being in your own territory, you know people there, the first thing you did after the incident, you
went outside the apartment and have yourself checked in the hospital, is that your testimony madam witness?

naman akong magnanakaw."

ATTY. TALORONG: Now, after your son went to your house crying and informed you that her
auntie, Jenny Buenaventura, accuses him again of stealing, what did you do?

WITNESS: Ano po, sabi ko sa anak ko, "sige, diyan ka lang huwag kang magalit, baka kasi
mag-away pa kayong dalawa, babae pa naman siya, matanda pa sayo, baka
magsuntukan pa kayong dalawa", dahil gusto na nga po siyang anuhin dahil lagi
na lang po niya inaano yung anak ko, ilang beses na pong nagsusumbong.

ATTY. TALORONG: Okay, What did you do, Madam Witness after you told your son to stay in the
house?

WITNESS: Sabi ko " Diyang ka lang muna, ako na ang pupunta at kakausap"

ATTY. TALORONG: Okay. Were you able to talk to the complainant, Jennifer Buenaventura?

WITNESS: Opo. Kinausap ko po siya. Ang sabi ko po sa kanya, "Bakit lagi mo na lang inaano
si Baeby? hindi ka naman inaano, lagi ka na lang nagpaparinig"

WITNESS: Lagi nyang sinasabihang magnanakaw pag nakikita niya

WITNESS: Tapos nagpunta po ako sa kapatid niya, sabi ko "Kuya Boy, yung kapatid niyo po,
inaano kami, hinahabol kami ng panaksak, ano po bang dapat kong gawin,
magpapa barangay po ba kami?" ANg sagot ng kapatid niya, "Huwag na, alam
mo naman yang si bunso, may tama yang ulo niyan". Eh hindi ko naman alam na
may tama nga

WITNESS: Ewan ko kung ano yung sabi ng kapatid niya na may tama siya

you do after talking to her brother?

WITNESS: Ano po, hindi na lang po kami nagsampa, binalewala na lang po namin yun, ang
inaano po namin yung kapatid niya si Kuya Boy

Buenaventura had a fight with her brother also?

WITNESS: Sinabi nga po sa akin na pina babarangay daw po siya. Ang sabi po sa akin ni Ka Junior, yung
nasa barangay, napipikon na daw siyang padala ng padala ng ano, bakit daw po ayaw
magkasundo at magkamag-anak naman, yun po ang sabi sa barangay. Sinabihan daw po siya
na kung gusto mo iakyat mo na sa taas, kaya po dinala dito

WITNESS: Wala po ako naaalala. Ang nasabi ko lang po, bakit nagkaganyan, magkapatid kami ng nanay
mo, yun lang po ang sinabi ko sa kanya

WITNESS: Opo, lagi pong may panaksak na nakasakbit sa bewang yan eh

WITNESS: Ewan ko lang po ngayon. Ngayon po siguro wala dahil pupunta siya dito

WITNESS: Eh sabi po ng pamangkin ko, yung kuya niya, "Tita, wag nyo ng patulan yan, ako nga pina-
barangay eh. yung kapatid niya sinaksak ng stick ng barbeque ng saging." Kaya po kami nananahimik alang alang sa
kapatid ko..sabi ko sa kanila, itigil na yung paghaharap na ganyan. Eh ang sabi po niya, gusto daw po niya na makulong
yun

WITNESS: Hinampas nga po ng panungkit ng damit na plastic, yun po talaga ang nakita ko. Eh paano
naman po hindi gagawin yun sa pagmumura sa kanya
