12 Copy Of Birth Certificate of the Child (Class Nur to Class V)

13 Copy of Immunization Card of the Child (Class Nur to Class II)

14 Copy of Report Card from the previous school (Class Prep to Class XII)

15 Transfer Certificate ( Original ) from the previous school (Class Prep to Class XII)

16 14 Migration certificate only if the child is from other board ( XI & XII)

* If the blood group of the child is mentioned on the health card then ignore point no 8.
Admission will be under Provisional category until the submission of complete documents in the list.
