I. Documents to be submitted by the candidate at the time of reporting

1 10 passport size colour photographs with white background

2 Pan card original and Photostat copy

3 Aadhar card original and Photostat copy

4 Particulars of bank account along with Photostat copy of first page

of pass book OR cancelled cheque leaf

5 NOC from employer, in case of serving in Central/State Govt.

6 All educational/technical qualification certificates in original for

verification and one set Xerox copies.

II Enclosed forms with the offer of appointment and to be submitted at the time
of reporting
1 Character Certificate signed by the authorities specified therein

2 Attestation form

3 Service Bond and Agreement

4 One copy of offer of appointment

5 PRAN application duly filled in (three copies)

6 Family declaration

7 Caste certificate in original in the proforma (for SC/ST/OBC)
