1 Proof of Date Of Birth (Copy of X Class Memo).*

2 Copy of all Education Qualifications Certificates (Provisional/OD).*

3 Copy of PAN Card *

4 TDS certificate from previous company if applicable.*

5 Previous Experience Certificate & latest Pay Slip.*

6 Copy of Passport / Ration Card / Voter ID Card.*

7 Copy of Aadhar Card, Copy of dependents Aadhar Card.*

8 Copy of P.F / UAN Card.*

9 Birth certificates of children (If married)

Self passport size color photographs – 4 Nos.

(Name written on back side of all photos including surname)

One passport size photograph of spouse & children for medical insurance.
(Name Written on back side along with date of birth & along with the candidate name)
11 A Copy of any Bank Passbook (IFSC code should be mentioned) / Cancelled Cheque.*
