Memo Break Time

SUBJECT : LATE COMING POLICY
DATE : November 20, 2017

Greetings!
In line with the management instruction regarding the late coming of employees to
work, it was discussed that the following policy must be followed.
Late for not more than 5 minutes will be allowed only three times in one month. On
the third late a written warning will be sent to the employee.
Late for 6-10mins, P10 will be deducted from salary for each late. An employee who
came late for more than three times will be sent a written warning.
Late for 15mins and above will be equivalent to 1 hour late deduction and if done
three times in a month it will be equivalent to a one day absent.
Immediate dissemination and compliance with this Memorandum to all concerned is
desired.
