RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide a welcoming atmosphere to all visitor to campus.
Develop an expanded knowledge of Dakota State University
Conduct campus tours for new students, schools, classes, and guests
Represent DSU during college events
Assist with duties & tasks related to events put on by various departments
Maintain work space appearance and professionalism
Participate in a mandatory Trojan Ambassador training
Wear provided Trojan Ambassador apparel and abide by apparel rules
All other duties as assigned

AMBASSADOR DUTIES: Tour Guides

Event Ambassadors
Social Media Developers
Tele-Counselors
Office Assistants

QUALIFICATIONS: Be a currently enrolled DSU student

Be currently enrolled in at least 12 credits
Must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
Position has a one academic year commitment
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Exhibit leadership, initiative, dependability, discipline and enthusiasm
Be able to effectively lead campus tours. Including leading consecutive
tours and during all weather conditions.
