John Livingston was a healer who I met who showed me how to clear entities. John Livingston was a master
exorcist, shaman, and therapist that started removing entities in the 1970's. My personal experience with entities
is probably individual to myself. Not very much surprises me anymore, but it took me a long way to get to this
point. I could be called an explorer of consciousnesses. I have had every entity in existence come into me, take
over me, and then leave. And I have had this experience, many, many, hundreds of times. Throughout my life
I came into contact with John, and he ended up training me, and giving me permission to teach his work. I was
the only person who he ever granted permission to, and maybe it was because I was different. After a decade
of dealing with entities, I have learned some things along the way, that may help you in your journey.

The First Steps

First, it is important to understand that all people on earth have the ability to heal themselves of any problem
they encounter, whether it be physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual. The problem is most people are not shown
how to heal themselves, or they have beliefs which limit themselves. This manual will attempt to show you how
to remove dark forces and spirits. I will explain what you need to do, and what will not work, based on 1000's of
exorcisms I have performed.

The basic rules you will need to clear yourself:

1. Be fearless. You cannot clear anyone if you are afraid or angry. If you are afraid of what you are about
to do, it is best to give that up very fast. If you are angry, you need to take a break and come back when
you are calm. You cannot remove entities with anger or fear. You can only remove entities with love, and
compassion, and understanding for their position in life. They are stuck as unevolved, dark, lower beings,
so it is your duty to help them evolve, by getting them out of this dimension.
2. You must believe that all of this works. If you do not believe it works, it will not. Disbelief is a form of fear.
Any fear you are holding will not create a successful clearing. If you do not believe that this works, you
have no faith, you have no trust.
3. You must believe in a higher power, "god", supreme being, etc. You must believe that there are
intelligences that are beyond everything you know and understand, and they can help you if you work
with them correctly.
4. Your "Command Voice" is the most important part of a clearing, and how you say that section is what
makes a clearing work or not. If you have a weak, unemotional, bland, or powerless command, you will
not be successful in clearing anyone or anything.
5. Understand that this works if you do it correctly. I would not sell a clearing protocol to thousands of people
if it did not work every single time I did it. This will always work, when you do it correctly. It will not work,
when you do not do it correctly. If you do not clear yourself or someone else, understand that it is not the
method that is wrong, but it is how you are using the method that is wrong.
6. If you remove an entity correctly, as soon as you say the very last word of the clearing script for the entity
you are clearing, the entity will come off. Entities do not and cannot return if they are cleared from you.
They do not go hide in the corner. If you actually get an entity off, the moment it is cleared, it is being
transported to where ever it needs to go. If you do not remove an entity, but you think you did, it can hide
out for a moment, but will return very fast. OR you may have a deep soul loss issue, which is causing
you to pick up new entities frequently.
7. When performing a clearing, everything within the clearing script has to be spoken in a constant,
consistent, nonstop way. You do not want to make long periods of silence between each section. Speak
the clearing fast enough so there is very little pause between each part. Taking too long to say the script
will not make it work also, simply because you are not focused on getting rid of your entity as soon as
possible, which implies, you are not dedicated, and serious about the task at hand. For instance, you
cannot say the first part of a script, then wait 1 minute, and then say the command, then wait another
minute, and say the last part.
The Command Voice
The command voice is a projected voice that is needed to perform clearings. Without this voice, you will not have
success. Understand that when you are performing a clearing, you are actually talking to the entities attached to
you, in a way that they can understand. If you do not speak to them in a way that they perceive as being serious,
then they will not take you serious.

Think of a stubborn dog who is biting your couch. When you speak to him in a calm tone, he does not listen, but
when you raise your voice, he automatically stops. Why? Because your voice and tone were being used
differently. So the way you speak, and how you speak, can affect other beings. Now I like to think of an entity as
someone who is not supposed to be there. He is an intruder. He is not where he belongs, and he does not care
about you or how you feel about it. He is simply a predator looking for easy prey. Well when you are dealing with
predators, you need to be stronger than them, by talking to them like you mean business. Understand that this
is not a game. Entities take possession very seriously. It is not a joke to them. Humans are big business, and
this is all they understand. So you need to talk to them in a very serious way. This is what the command does.
When you speak the command, (which is in all CAPS), you need to say it in a certain way that it is being perceived
as being serious to the entities attached to you. If you say it in a very low, weak voice, you are not being serious.
If you say it without believing it works, you are not being serious. If you say it strong, and loud enough to startle
your neighbor, you may be saying it in a serious way. There is no need to yell at the top of your lungs, but it has
to be strong enough, and loud enough that your presence is felt. This is all about ENERGY. And when you speak
you are projecting energy with your tone. Speaking the command is a way of using your own energy and power
in a way that speaks to the entity and says, "LEAVE ME RIGHT NOW, I AM NOT JOKING AROUND". People
who are unsuccessful with their clearings, will most likely be using a shallow, weak, bland command.

Helpful Tips:
Regardless of whatever your pendulum tells you, do clearing for every entity. If your pendulum says you only
have demons, clear all entities. Pendulums will lie to you if you have entities attached. Learn to trust your own
instinct and not depend on a pendulum for answers. If you clear an entity, and it does not come off, try again, or
try a different entity. If you have attempted to clear all entities, and you still feel or see something attached, you
either:
1. Did not remove it, try again.
2. You are trying to clear the wrong entity.
3. You picked up a new entity immediately after your clearing, which means your energy is damaged and open,
and you need soul retrieval to close your energy.
4. You are feeling an entity in your home, clear your home.
5. You are in close contact and/or live with someone who has lots of entities, so when you get close to them,
they affect you.

After every clearing, read the back page titled, additional information, and ask for your energy field to be
healed, and for any stolen soul parts from entities to be brought back to you.

MASS CLEARING
(REMOVI NG ENTITIES FROM LARGE SPACES OF LAND )

---Before you attempt to remove demons and/or spirits from large spaces of land, ask your pendulum
if you have permission from the Archangels Michael and Gabriel, and if this is something you
should do, and what the size of space you should start with. An example would be all the spirits
in a 20-mile radius in all directions from where you are standing. (which could be possibly
hundreds of thousands of spirits or more).

A word of caution -
Attempting to perform a mass clearing is attempting to remove a very large amount of energy at
one time from a specific place. If you are successful in performing the mass clearing you will be
taking on a lot of karma from this planet. It is important that you understand the depth of what
you are doing by performing a mass clearing. Removing a large amount of dark forces or spirits
from the planet will cause the energy of the planet to shift, and by doing this you are taking on a lot
of karma from this planet. This may or may not help your path in life so you must take caution
before doing this. You may be helping the planet by removing a lot of negative energy from it but
you may also attract a lot of negative energy to yourself as the dark forces work as a network and
when the balance of energy has been changed they will work to readjust that balance. This should
really only be attempted by advanced level healers that have been doing this for a while and are
willing to accept a large amount of personal karma in order to help to help this planet evolve. If
you are going to do this it will be much more helpful to remove spirits from the planet, rather than
dark forces. This is because some spirits have been trapped on earth for hundreds to thousands of
years and you are helping them to the other side where they will live much happier peaceful
lives. Also it is mostly dark forces that will retaliate if they feel threatened.
You will more than likely not be attracting negative energy to yourself if you clear only spirits
from the planet.

PENDULUM DOWSING
Using your Pendulum
Pendulum dowsing is one of the most ancient forms of channeling. Channeling is receiving information
from your higher soul, higher light beings, or it can be from lower level entities if they are attached
to you. You could only channel a dark force or dark energy if it was already in you or around
you, just like in the same way you could only be attacked by a dark force if you were on its
level. If you were empowered spiritually you cou ld never channel a dark force or lower level
spirit.

Devoting your pendulum

Hold your pendulum in your hand, and say: I devote this pendulum to the love and light of the
universe, and I will only use this pendulum for good purposes. I declare that all answers shall
always be given in the "love of truth" when using this pendulum or any other dowsing tool.

Programming your pendulum

The next key to dowsing is to make certain that your mind fully understands the signals to be used.
Hold your pendulum in your hand and say: ' I now cancel all previous programs that I have had for
dowsing, and state that the signals to be used are a clockwise circle to indicate " YES ", an anti-
clockwise circle to show " NO ", an up-and-down line to signify
" WAITING ", and a side-to-side line to mean that an answer is " NOT AVAILABLE ". Now forcefully
swing your pendulum in the direction of the YES and tell it this is a YES, and then swing it in the NO
direction and tell it this is a NO. Now hold your pendulum and tell it to give you a yes response and a
no response, keep your hand still. Now practice using your Pendulum by asking it questions you
know the answers to. Do not move your hand when you ask it these questions. Let the answer come
to you. If your pendulum barely moves or has trouble moving it means your intuitive mind is not
developed. Your intuitive mind is like a muscle and if it has never been used it needs to be
strengthened. It may be better to start off with a very light plastic pendulum and later move on to a
heavier metal pendulum.

Asking Questions
When you ask your pendulum questions you should be as specific as you possibly can. This is
because the pendulum will answer the extreme details of a question. An example would be: Is it
going to rain on Sunday? And you get a YES. And then on Sunday you walked outside and the sun
was shining. Now it might be true that it is going to rain on Sunday, but what Sunday are you asking
it about? Next Sunday, or this Sunday? Or it might rain for only five minutes, or only in a certain
area. The question you asked was not specific so you were given a very broad response. It would
have been better asked like this: Will it rain in my neighborhood for a long time on this coming
Sunday?

Interference
Interference is when you are given the wrong information from your pendulum because the dark
forces in you or around you are interfering with the information. Interference can be temporarily
cleared for a moment by calling upon the Archangels Michael and Gabriel and your higher self and
asking for any interference to be cleared and for you to be given a clear channel for a few minutes. Do
this and ask your questions again and see if the answers are any different.
PENDULUM DOWSING
COMMON MYTHS
1. Pendulums cause you to attract negative entities.
 -This is false.
Pendulums do not cause anyone to attract anything. The only things which cause a person to
attract negative entities is their own fear, the power they give to fear, and their own spiritual and
energetic dis-empowerment. Pendulums are only channels into your higher self or higher soul. The
pendulum in and of itself has no power. You are what the pendulum is reading, therefore if
something negative were to happen to you it would be caused entirely by your own mind, emotions,
body, fear, and energies that are in you or around you.

2. Pendulums tell you what you want to hear.

 This is true and false.
Pendulums will tell you what you ask them but if you want the answer to be what you want it to be
then you can control the outcome of the answer. So, if you wish to receive accurate responses from
your pendulum you must not have any emotional or mental attachment to the answer of the question.
Pendulums will tell you what you want to hear when you are not allowing the truth to come through
you or you have beliefs, thoughts or emotions connected to the answer. In order for you to always
receive accurate responses you must be in a clear state of mind with no emotional or mental
connection to the questions being asked. The best way to use a pendulum is in an "Alpha Brain
Wave" state which you can achieve through some form of meditation or concentration. In that mind
state there is less of your own psychological intrusion going on while you dowse.

3. Pendulums are connected to witchcraft, darkness or "evil".

 This is false.
Pendulums have been used since ancient times to find hidden information. Because pendulums
can give you information that is hidden or secretive, religions made them into dark or lower things
because of their ability to reveal secrets about religions and th eir teachings. Most religions do not
want anything that exposes the dark and secret elements of their system and so anything that has
that power will automatically be labeled "evil" or bad.

4. Pendulums Lie.
 This is true and false.
Pendulums can lie and tell you want you want to hear, or they can be manipulated by external
energies in/or around you, or you can also just have inaccurate dowsing skills because your ego is
running the pendulum. You have to understand that dowsing with pendulums have been used for a
long time and people have used them to find lost or hidden items, the causes of health problems,
and also missing people. So it is not the pendulum that is wrong, but it is the way you use it. I have
personally had a few healers and psychics give me wrong information based on their dowsing
abilities, and from what I have been told by my spirit teachers is that it was because they were
dowsing from their mind/ego and not from their higher self, so it's important to connect with your
higher self-first before you decide to ask your pendulum questions. This can be done by meditating
for a few minutes, and then calling on your higher self.
CLEARING LIST
This is a list of complete questions to ask your pendulum in yes or no responses, as well as
various methods to clear certain issues.

 How to clear curses: Call upon the Archangel Gabriel and ask him to release and clear any
curses placed on you.

How to clear spells: Call upon the Archangel Metatron and ask him to clear and remove any
spells placed on you.

 How to clear dark ET implants: Call upon the Archangels Michael, Uriel and Gabriel and ask for
any ET implants to be cleared and removed from you, or whoever you are removing them from.

 How to clear dark portals in your energy field, body or in your home: Call upon the
Archangels Michael, Gabriel, Raphael and Archangel Lucifer and ask them to close portals in your
space or body and for the Archangel Raphael and Lucifer to seal them closed. Also ask for any
causes of the portals to be closed, sealed and healed.

 How to clear negative thought programs: Call upon the Mighty Warriors of Light On Earth
and ask them to clear and remove any negative thought programs running within you and to take
them to the place of confinement and the womb of transformation.

 How to clear cords with people: Call upon the Archangels Michael and Gabriel and ask for any
cords (past life and present life) you have to be cleared and removed from you, and for you to be
shown or told the lesson involved as to why they were created.

 How to clear psychic connections with people: Call upon your higher self and the
Archangel Michael and Gabriel and ask them to clear any psychic connections with any people
who do not serve your higher good.

 How to clear pathways to dark forces: Call upon the Archangel Michael, Gabriel and the Mighty
Warriors of Light On Earth and ask for any pathways to the dark forces to be cleared and removed
from you.

 How to clear contracts with the dark forces: Call upon the Archangels Michael, Uriel and the
Mighty Warriors of Light On Earth and ask them to clear and remove any contracts with the dark
forces in the present life or past life.

 How to clear clones (ET replicates of your energy field): Clearing clones is the same as
removing dark ET's or reptilians from yourself, you would command off any dark ET's from yourself or
the person you are working on. Clearing of dark ET's, will clear any clones attached to you, even
though you may not have any dark ET's attached to you.

GLOSSARY
 God
God is a term we as humans made to imply a being that is of great magnitude, the "spirit of the universe",
the one, Allah, etc.
Because we have intended this word to mean what we have made it mean, it means exactly that. There has to
be some type of spiritual authority when removing dark entities and spirits, and that authority must be of a
being, or energy, or power higher than that of the attached entities. Regardless of whatever personal beliefs or
ideologies you hold, there is some universal intelligence that is available to help us if we call upon it, and ask for
it in the right way.
By using the word "god" within the clearing scripts, you are calling upon a spiritual authority, that has power
over all lower level entities in existence.
 Jesus
Jesus is a higher light being in our universe who is a source/spirit of love. He was/is an ascended
master, who while on earth spent much of his time removing dark entities and spirits from people.
He is a divine incarnation who has been given authority over all dark energy, entities, beings, and
lower level frequencies.

We use these "names", labels, and titles to imply that we are using a divine group of light beings
who have a spiritual authority greater than that of any lower level entities or energies.

 Super Bubble filled with light

A super bubble filled with light is a space to hold an entity for a temporary time, before it is sent
to the place of confinement, which is a separate holding chamber for entities.

 Place of Confinement
The place of confinement is a holding chamber for entities. It temporally holds them in a
dimensional container before they are transformed or "dealt" with.

 Womb of Transformation
The womb of transformation is a crystalline atmosphere which transforms all dark entities into a
new energy and places it into the collective consciousness of the universe.
 Mighty Warriors of Light on Earth
The Mighty Warriors of Light on Earth are a special group of light beings that work in
conjunction with higher level light beings such as the Archangel Michael.

 Archangel Michael
The AA Michael is a light being, and intelligence and consciousness form that is of divine
nature. AA Michael is part of a collection of higher light beings who work in our dimension and
part of the universe. He is the main commander, if you will, who has been put in charge with
transporting and transforming dark energies and entities.

 Archangel Gabriel
AA Gabriel is another light being who is in charge of transporting spirits/souls of the dead and
opening the portal of light for them to enter into.
 Archangel Uriel
AA Uriel is a light being who works with AA Michael and helps with clearing dark energies and
transporting them to where they need to be.
SOUL RETRIEVAL
Soul Retrieval is an ancient process that has been passed down through shamanic tribes for many hundreds of
years. In many tribes it was believed that all spiritual illness derived from a loss of power, or "soul" as they
called it, and shamans restored this loss of power through a method called soul retrieval. From doing this
practice, shamans would restore health, and balance to the spiritual aspect of people's lives.

SOUL RETRIEVAL AND ENTITIES

Soul retrieval is one of the main components of healing from entities. Soul retrieval restores lost and stolen
energy from the energy field, and creates a boundary around the energy field so that new entities cannot
enter it. Without soul retrieval, you can and will pick up new entities very easily. Soul retrieval is not an optional
form of healing. It is part of entity clearing. Soul retrieval and clearing entities go together, you cannot have
one with the other. Some people seem to think that clearing entities is all you need to be healed, and that is
a false concept.

First, we need to understand what the aura/energy field is. The aura is an invisible layer of energy around
every person. The aura or energy field, is made up of many pieces and parts of energy, which we call soul
fragments. We call them soul fragments, because they are just that, fragments of the soul

Throughout life most people will lose parts of these fragments of the energy field. This is called Soul Loss. And
the loss of these parts of energy/soul is what allows entities to attach to people.

Soul Retrieval calls back these lost parts of energy and heals the energy field so that entities cannot attach so
easily to people. A person who is "healthy" in the energetic meaning of the word cannot have entities attach
to his/her aura because that person has not allowed a way for an entity to attach. People who are "sick" in the
energetic meaning of the word, are constantly allowing entities to attach to themselves, because their aura's
are unhealthy, and they are missing large fragments of energy from their aura's. Most people actually have a
constant "door" open, which is the lack of soul parts within their own energy field.

Soul Retrieval is not something that you really do for yourself. You can retrieve your own parts, but it is not
really the right way of going about it. Even master shamans I have known go to other shamans to have soul
retrieval done on themselves. Simply because you go and get one soul retrieval does not imply that all your soul
parts have been retrieved. Soul retrievals do not bring back all of your soul parts at once, because it would
be intense for the mind, and body to handle that amount of energy, and power at once. So when someone
gets a soul retrieval, whatever the shaman is told the client can handle is what is brought back to them. So,
it may take many sessions from a practitioner to restore all your necessary soul parts needed for earth life.
Also simply because you get a soul retrieval does not mean your soul parts will stay with you. Your soul
parts need a certain aspect of you to keep them, and if you do not supply that aspect they may leave you.
When a shaman brings back a soul part, that shaman is bringing back a part of your energy and
consciousness, and these parts of your self are like little entities, in that they can make their own choices and
do what they want if you do not support them. So a good shaman will give you homework or some type of
instruction to take with you, so that you can apply this to keeping your soul essence with you. In my
experience, I have seen some people have to get a soul retrieval once a month, because they simply do not
have the wisdom in themselves to hold on to their own power.
Soul Retrieval is not to be taken lightly. It is very important. Almost more important than entity clearing.
You can clear yourself of entities all day every day, but that will not restore soul parts, and fragments of your
energy, and that will not stop entities from attaching to you. A person who has all their necessary soul parts,
and does not open new doors, will never be able to have an entity attach to himself. Entities can only really
attach to people who are a vibratory match, or who create some type of opening to them on some level.

SHAMANS
An in-person soul retrieval is preferred over the at-distance type of soul retrieval healing. In person soul
retrievals are more personal, emotional, and give you an overall better experience. The "Shaman" you go
to for your soul retrieval is very important. The word "shaman" has lost a lot of its respect and original meaning.
It is used so often these days, that I do not think most even know what the word means. Today anyone who
takes a few drugs, and thinks they have some wisdom, calls them self a shaman. True shamans are few
and far between, and many will not even refer to themselves as one. It was once said to me "There are very
few shamans, and many people who call themselves shaman".

The word shaman comes from the Tungus tribe in Siberia. The word was meant to mean healer, medicine
man, Keeper of the tribe, or keeper of the wisdom. It literally translates to 'one who sees in the dark". Today,
we have a new version of shamanism coined core-shamanism, which was brought to America by an
anthropologist by the name of Michael Harner. Core-shamanism is a new age version of traditional
shamanism. Traditional shamanism consisted of the basic work of a shaman, such as: soul retrieval, power
animal retrieval, depossession, and more.

The shaman you work with should be well versed in these basic shamanic practices. The shaman you work
with should have been doing this work for at least 10 years to 20 years. He/she should also have some
understanding of spirit possession, and many shamans can remove spirit entities, which
they will call extraction, or depossesion, or spirit releasement work. Most shamans will not understand dark
forces, or even be willing to speak to you about them. Dark forces are a secret knowledge, and the shamans
who are at the level of dealing with them, may be very quiet about them.

I would be wary of any "shaman" who has not been trained by a master or a group of teachers. I would be
careful about working with any shaman who does not do the basic work of a shaman, such as soul retrieval.
I would not work with someone who charges an obscene amount of money for a soul retrieval, like $300.
You will actually find that some of the best healers are not very expensive, and the most expensive ones are
not always the best. In fact, a shaman who charges too much could be doing this type of work for all the wrong
reasons. There are a lot of people doing this type of work today, or calling themselves `shamanic
practitioners', but personally I would not work with most of them unless I felt they really understood what they
were doing.
PRECAUTIONS

 -DO NOT remove dark forces or spirits in people without the permission of the Archangel Michael.
Ask your pendulum: Do I have permission from the Archangel Michael to remove the
demons/spirits in -------------------- ? (person being cleared), And also ask: Should I remove the
demons and spirits in ---------------- ?

 -DO NOT open new doors that will cause you to pick up new demons or spirits. Doors/Doorways
are practices that lower your power, weaken your energy field, are based in fear, or are a
channel/opening to the spiritual world that is not of the light.

Doorways include:
Drugs, Alcohol, Fear, Anger, Fear based emotions, beliefs, and thoughts, Fear based relationships,
Negative based beliefs or thoughts, Negative emotional experiences, Power over other's through
sex/money/domination etc., Religious Fanaticism, Lowering your self in any way, Giving your power
to another person, Some forms of channeling, Judging others, Self-pity, Stealing other people's
power, Stealing other people's work, Using other people and Dark/Negative relationships.

 -DO NOT steal other people's power/soul and/or work they have created.
Stealing people's power/soul or work will cause you to be placed on the "Demon Attack List". The
Demon attack list is a list the dark forces have of people that have broken some universal laws.
People that are on the demon attack list have crossed some boundaries they shouldn’t have. The
demon attack list is a list that allows the dark forces to constantly attack and harm anyone on the list.
Anyone that steal's another person's power/soul/light/inner power or works they have created will
be placed on the demon attack list. The demon attack list is for those that have chosen the darker
side of life, and because of that they have caused themselves extreme negative karma. The only
way to be removed from the demon attack list is to STOP stealing whoever's power/soul or work
you did to get on the list and ask to be removed from it. This will clear your karmic cords with the
person you have stolen power from and allow you to be removed from it. The demon attack list is
only designed to teach you that you have made a bad decision on the spiritual level. Always give
people credit for their work, never steal ideas and make them your own and never steal another
person's power, soul or light.

 -DO NOT try to be an exorcist unless it is your life purpose. Demons and Dark forces are not
something to play around with and they do not like anyone who messes with them. The dark forces
work as a collective group of beings and when they feel threatened they respond by attacking those
who are threats. This is not something to fear or worry about as dark forces have no power
except the power you give to them. But they can make your life difficult by constantly sending
you their "agents" which are the demons. Master exorcists have discovered how to not allow dark
forces into them by shifting their consciousness to a higher level, but these exorcists are few and far
between. You need to be at a level of 5th dimensional consciousness or higher to be someone who
the dark forces do not disturb. So, for your own protection only focus on clearing entities in yourself.
Being an exorcist is a big responsibility and it may not help you in your path in life. If being an exorcist
is supposed to be your path in life you will be shown that. It is not for everyone and it may make
your life harder than it already is. It's better to just take care of yourself.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Healing your energy field:
I call upon Archangel Raphael and Metatron, and the Healing Spiritual Masters, to come heal any harm
or damage done to my mind, body, energy body, and all other parts of me that were damaged, while the
entities were there. Please also seal any leaks, unblock any blocks in my chakras, repair tears or holes
in my chakras and aura. Please help heal all trauma
and damage I've experienced in this or past lives.

I call upon the archangel Michael, Uriel, and Metatron, and the Healing Spiritual Masters, I ask for you to go
and find and bring back, all the parts of my Soul, Spirit, Psyche, Consciousness, energy bodies, and any part of
me that was lost, stolen, traded, given or thrown away, or disassociated for any reason, at any point in time, in
this or past or future lives. I ask that Archangelic energy be infused with my chakras, aura, organs and cells and that it
increase my energy frequency to 100%.

Multiple Level Clearing:

To do a more thorough form of all Clearings, add the following step for each set of entities you
clear: Ask for these things to be cleared on multiple dimensions. For example, you could say, 'I
ask that all the dark forces that are attached to, inside of, and infused with me, on all dimensions of
this incarnation, and all dimensions of past incarnations and future incarnations be taken by AA
Michael, Uriel and Mighty warriors of Light on Earth to the place of confinement to the womb of
transformation now, and transformed into the pure energy of the universe. When doing healing,
and returning of parts, ask that all Healing is done on all those levels also. And so on.

How to maintain your spiritual and energetic health:

In order for you to remain healthy energetically throughout your life you will have to stay in "full soul"
throughout your life. To be in full soul means to have all the necessary parts of your personal
power or soul intact. Soul pieces/parts tend to be very sensitive and can sometimes leave on their
own if they do not feel like you are loving yourself. Soul pieces are also very susceptible to emotional
pain. This causes them to not want to be around or in the pain of the person they are in and cause
them to leave. Sometimes very small negative emotional experiences will cause soul parts to
leave because of the emotion and pain you feed into the experience.

Controlling your emotions:

Your emotions and how you use them play a big part in the possession of dark forces/spirits. For
instance, a fear based emotion will cause an energetic door to open which will cause you to be
vulnerable at that moment to any spirits or dark forces that may be around. If you are around other
people when you have these experiences, you will be picking up their attached entities. So it's very
important that you develop some type of emotional control or power so you do not open these doors
to lower level beings. Anger works the same way as fear and they are one in the same, so if you
became angry at someone or something that anger would also create a doorway and cause you to be
open to any spirits/dark forces that were around. These emotions limit your power and they are the
main reason most people pick up spiritual attachments in their life.
