St o When the once just god Jupiter started to turn evil, the four elemental gods
assembled to seal him away, leaving the knowledge of the procedure to only the
military of Romana.

This disparity of information distribution bred doubt in the people. This led to the
formation of the Cult of Jupiter, dead set on returning their god to his rightful place.

Oraculious, one of the leaders of the Cult of Jupiter, adopts his newly orphaned niece,
Pax, who by a strange turn of events also happens to be the daughter of Jupiter.
This is not told to Pax as Oraculious raises her, and trains her to hate the military.

Oraculious' identity is revealed to the military and they mortally wounded him while Pax
is away. Upon returning to their home, with his final words, Oraculious gifts her the
sword Gladius and an Amulet. He tells her, The amulet is the key to releasing
Jupiter. It will guide you on your journey.

The Amulet and the sword Gladius combined together, and a voice calling itself Gladius
tells Pax that it will guide her to defeating those who imprisoned Jupiter.

St td Pax sets off on a journey to hunt the four elemental gods who sealed away Jupiter
Con with the mischievous Socius, a friend of Oraculious recommended by Gladius.

After overcoming the elemental gods and attaining their power, Pax heads to the
Temple of Jupiter. Upon placing the sword into an altar, the amulet on Gladius
separates releasing Jupiter.

Jupiter then reveals his true nature, that he is Paxs father, and that she was solely
responsible for his return. Pax felt defeated, and betrayed.

Jupiter's revival brought forth massive thunderstorms which started destroying the land.
Infuriated, Pax feels the powers of the 5 elements course through her body.

Using her newfound abilities, Pax faces off against Jupiter ultimately sealing him back
into the amulet.

Having sealed away the evil, and achieving immortality, Pax is now the new beacon of
hope needed to keep Jupiter at bay. She is Pax Romana, the Peace of Romana.
