After the Task - Reflection

Choose 3 best practices you observed during your time in school. Reflect on these and
consider why you could implement these in a UAE KG classroom in the future. Explain
how these practices will affect student learning in a KG class.

There are three practices I observed through my teaching practicum course in Sama
school. Firstly, when its story time my MST asked one child to recount the story from
express the actions happened in the pictures and I really like her strategy because it
encourages children to talk, develop his\ her language and support their self-stem by let
them talk in front of class. Secondly, when its morning meeting my MST sing and do
some exercise with students. For instance, every morning she plays head shudder song
and they children were soo enjoyable because all children love to move and dance so,
they also learned at the same time, they learn body parts also, they develop their
language skill when they gripped the words and vocabulary. Thirdly, I actually passion
with how my MST mange children behavior through transferred from class to bathroom
or other class by applied transition technique which is lineup. For example, when its
break time my MST request children to line and she took them to the bathroom to wash
their hands and I will apply this strategy in future because it assists the teacher to keep
her student behave and organize.
