I really like the fried rice, because it is easy to make and


delicious. I can make it by myself. And my mother said, I made the
fried rice was very tasty indeed. I can even add different kinds of
vegetables, eggs, meat and even into it. My mother would often cook
fried rice for breakfast our family.
I like the fried rice is also because it is very satisfying
to start the day, so at school I did not feel hungry. I also drink a
glass of chocolate milk to supplement my breakfast. Because milk
contains calcium which is good for our bones, because I was in its
infancy, so it is good if we drink a glass of milk after breakfast and
before bed.
I really liked the gado- gado my mother is cook. I like this
because, many vegetables are mixed into it. My mothers also often
make this at home. Almost every week my mother made it.
Especially if it is made using a lot of chili ... waw, it's very fresh .. I
think, gado-gado is a very healthy food, because a lot of vegetables
in it are good for the digestive process in our body . I also like to
drink water, because it can relieve thirst in the body. This is also
very good for health. Doctors recommend that we drink seven
glasses of water each day.
Another food I like best is my mother's chicken Balado.
This is very tasty, delicious, savory, and spicy. I like this because it
is only chicken and beef that I hooked, I do not like the different
types of fish. because there are many prickly fish.
It is all excellent food I like. And I think it is a healthy food, and
good for the consumer every day.
