1. Do you follow a healthy eating routine? Why do you think that is?
• Yes, because excellent health and nutrition require a balanced diet. Many
chronic noncommunicable diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes, and
cancer, are prevented by it. A healthy diet requires a diversity of foods and
a reduction in sodium, carbohydrates, saturated and industrially generated
trans-fats. When we talk about healthy eating habits, we're talking about
eating foods that are both acceptable and necessary for our bodies. I have
good eating habits since I eat a balanced diet and always include fruits and
vegetables in my meals. I prefer to eat healthy, natural foods. In that
scenario, my physique will be in good shape.

2. What eating habits do you believe you should change based on your self-
evaluation? Why?
• My stress eating habits need to be changed, and I should quit snacking on
junk foods because they are bad. Changing these poor habits can lead to a
healthy stomach and the prevention of digestive illnesses. At home and at
work, eat more fruits, low-fat dairy products, vegetables, and whole-grain
foods. Rather than eliminating bad meals from your diet, concentrate on
increasing healthy things. Every day, try to eat a family dinner at the
kitchen or dining table.

3. Which of your eating habits should you maintain? Why?


• Eating fruits and vegetables because they include a variety of nutrients that
can aid in the development of a healthy body. It has the potential to enrich
and expand our lives. Eating fruits and vegetables can also help us boost
our mental abilities. It helps to prevent illnesses such as heart attacks and
strokes. Fruits and vegetables, in short, can benefit us both physically and
emotionally. Drinking 8 glasses of water is another eating habit I should
keep. Drinking plenty of water can help our brain work better and prevent
dehydration.
