My daily diet.

Student: KIMBERLY ROSARIO PACCO ENRIQUEZ 2nd A

I daily breakfast: milk, coffee, sometimes quinua juice, porridge, caihua juice, fruit juice, accompanied by bread with egg, bread and butter, bread and jam, bread with avocado or bread with cheese.

Like some fruits in the snack like apple, orange, tangerine, banana, pear, because they contain many vitamins that help me to grow up healthy.

For lunch I take soup or two, such as meat, vegetables, fish because it contains protein, also beans, quinoa, wheat, sometimes as hamburger, nugets, although I know I should not eat many fried foods because they make me gain weight. At night not as much because I like heavy food because the body does not digest at night, only drink milk with bread sometimes purple porridge or rice pudding. I like the grilled chicken, but my mom said to contain a lot of fat and only eat it sometimes, I also like chocolate, cake, candy and ice cream, but try not to eat a lot to gain weight not because they contain much sugar.
