SUBJECT: Updated Safety Guidelines for all Teams

Stark Industries works to consistently strive and maintain a work environment that upholds all
safety standards. As our company moves quickly through the technological world we
consistently interact with hazardous items and situations. It is vital that all company personnel
adhere to our strict safety guidelines to ensure an accident free work space. Due to recent
events, we have felt the need to reevaluate our safety guidelines. Please read through this
memo carefully to refresh your memory on various safety guidelines, print and retain for your
records.

Safety Guidelines
1. Absolutely NO unauthorized flammable objects in the testing facility (Including but not
limited to: Cigarettes, Lighters, candlesticks, etc.)
2. Keep all testing variables within stated boundaries set by team leaders for experiments.
Do Not go beyond these boundaries for the Sake of Science
3. Treat every weapon as if it was loaded. During transport, keep weapons point to the
ground and away from other people.
4. Always have on your protective equipments, such as gloves, goggles, and shoes. If an
employee comes into contact with any Level 5 or above substance, transport them to
one of our various health clinics for quarantining immediately.
5. No food or beverages allowed in the testing facility. We deal with dangerous chemicals
and any loose biomatter can change the chemical formation of various substances that
can lead to disastrous consequences.

Follow Up
All employees will be monitored regularly to ensure safety guidelines are being properly
followed. We expect all employees to make it a point to follow the practices set forth by our
company leaders and each employee needs to check their handbooks for additional safety
information. If anyone is found in violation of any safety guidelines listed above or within the
employee handbook, coaching and up to termination will follow.
