Amendment to "CODE OF REGULATIONS, ARTICLE IX,

Use Restrictions, Section 16. Satellite Dishes":

Satellite Dish Installations: According to the FCC Rule, (hereinafter referred to as the "Rule"), every owner,
resident or tenant, has the right to install a satellite dish; but only in their "Exclusive Use" area. The Rule defines our
patios as the only Exclusive Use areas within the LPHTA grounds.

Further, the Rule states that our roofs, walls, and all exterior areas including shrubbery beds are part of our Common
Area, and that installations by owners, residents or tenants in these Common Areas are prohibited by the Rule.
Townhome owners, residents or tenants may only install satellite dishes on metal poles shorter than twelve feet
within the boundary of their Exclusive Use area, which is their patio only. The Rule mandates this.

However, if no signal is available within their Exclusive Use area; then, with prior board approval only, unit owners,
residents or tenants may install a satellite dish in the shrubbery area of their home, on a metal pole no higher than
twelve feet.

If no signal is available in either the Exclusive Use or the shrubbery areas; then with prior Board approval only, any
owner, resident or tenant may install the satellite dish in some part of the Common Area to be then determined by
the Board.

Any and all costs associated with dish ownership; including but not limited to installation, replacement, removal;
maintenance, damage or other repair; must be paid in full by the unit owner.

Under no circumstance is the owner, resident or tenant permitted to either run dish cabling across any exterior
surface of the townhome, or drill access holes in any exterior surface, unless prior approval is granted by the Board.

Upon the sale of any townhome, its satellite dish must be removed by the seller unless the buyer wants it to remain.
All costs of removal, as well as restoration of any affected exterior surfaces, including but not limited to shrubbery
beds or grounds, will be borne by the seller.

If dishes are transferred to buyer, then buyer assumes all responsibilities associated with their dishes, as outlined
within this amendment.

Amendment to "CODE OF REGULATIONS, ARTICLE VI,

Meetings, Section 6. Board Communications":

Board Communications With Residents And Owners: Effective immediately, all Board communications,
newsletters, voting forms, votes, announcements, and any other communication that the Board deems necessary;
will be sent by and between the Board and the residents and/or owners via e-mail. Regular first class U.S. Mail will
be used only for those residents or owners who do not have access to e-mail.

Owners, residents and tenants are required to provide a valid and current e-mail address to the Board, and to notify
the Board within three days of any changes to their desired e-mail address.

The Board and its Officers will not be responsible for any undelivered e-mails, regardless of the reason for their
non-delivery.
