AgaveWeb Search

To search by NAME, type in the FIRST and LAST


NAME into the appropriate search boxes. Then, select
the Name radio button and then press the ENTER key.

To search by Case Number, type in the CASE


NUMBER, select the Case Number radio button and
press the ENTER key.

Case Number is the default search.

Clicking the Name Search Mini-List check box will


cause the name search results to display in the Mini-List
below.

If the Name Search Mini-List check box is not clicked,


the name search results will appear in the space
towards the right of the AgaveWeb Search Controls.
This is the default.

Mini-List Results

Doe vs. The Mini-List provides a means for viewing case results

Full Name Search Results

If the Mini-List check box is not clicked, the Name


Search Results will display in the Search Results
Window.

The default for Name Searches is to display the results
To search by NAME, type in the name, select the Name in the Search Results Window.

Summary
This panel displays the case
John Doe vs. Jane Doe number, the file date and the
case caption.

Party Listing
AgaveWeb Case Case Party Names, Party Roles (i.e. Plaintiff/Defendant) and the Party
Number Search Name Type (True, AKA, FKA, etc) are displayed in this panel.

To search by Case Number, type in the


CASE NUMBER, select the Case
Number radio button and press the
ENTER key.

Case Number is the default search.

Please note

There are no spaces or dashes in the


case number.

Document Index Listing


Documents filed with the Court that are considered public are displayed in
this panel.

The documents are categorized by a generic document type (Document Sub


Type), the documents caption and the documents file date.
