First of all, we do congratulate you as you have been successfully in this very final step of Job
Academy Recruitment Process, and below you may find related details with this task.

Please note that this task involves 2 main parts:

1) A research and preparation of a presentation
2) Actual presentation of the findings and solutions

The actual presentation will take place in the final interview and expected to be around 15,
maximum 20 minutes followed by a Q&As section.

You may choose to you use any mean to make your presentation, but please note that there will be a
laptop during the meeting and if you would plan to use it, you need to have all files you may require
via an USB, or mail them prior to the meeting to gtuncer@jobacademy.md.

During this task, you will be evaluated on the skills and competencies mentioned below:
1) Research & Planning Skills
2) Collecting and organizing data, ability to differentiate and highlight important knowledge &
points
3) Preparing a presentation and communicating the findings in a proper and effective manner
4) Taking necessary decisions, making related action plans, and achieving results

Thus, here is the case you are assigned to:

You are working in a Selection & Recruitment company who wants to expand its operations in
Moldova to other countries. You are assigned to make a market research & analyses and
report/present it to the executive board. You are given 3 days to complete the research:
Finding new customers / employers and/or agencies from Europe.

Please make your research accordingly, some potentially useful questions are listed below, but you
may feel free to add or remove anything you believe is important or unimportant. After you finalize
your research you are expected to make a decision on where and how to start long with your
reasoning and action plans in case of approval.

1) What kind of agencies are in Moldova that are recruiting for Europe? What are their
strengths and weaknesses?
2) Which countries we should focus first and why?
3) How can we reach out job opportunities / job providers in Europe?
4) How can we reach out people in Moldova to promote our services?
5) What would be your roadmap to realize this project?
