For the reasons mentioned above Imperial Manor will not be renewing this tenants lease, and are
requesting that the tenant relocate As Soon As Possible. Because this lease has not been renewed
Imperial Manor is giving the tenant 30days to return possession of the property or other legal action
will be taken.
