    R/Sir,

    With great due respect it is stated that I have been fined Rs.5000 by Unfair Means
    Committee. It is to bring into your kind notice that my paper (Freedom Movement HIS-1201) have
    already been cancelled.

    Due to financial problems, I am not able to deposit the fine and paper repetition fee. It is
    therefore requested that my fine may please be remitted so that I could repeat my paper and
    continue my studies.
