All Rise Presiding over the case 'Evolution and Creation' will be the
right honourable Lord Justice Dr. E. Dict.
11
In the Beginning . . . . then What? www.johanpeters.in
His related pages and accounts will be marked with the 'Homo
Sapiens', written in italics Cambria font.
The responsibility for the creation process lies with Mr. D. Vine, also
known as God. Mr. D. Vine has chosen to remain silent and refers to
his writings.
He has declined to be present in person, as according to him the
absence of both parties will give the jury a more objective insight into
the case.
The witness for creation, is Mr.

the writings of his client and
other supporting evidence.

When the Jury has made their decision to name the accountable party
then it will be my responsibility as the judge to decide on the
appropriate sentence.
This sentence will be influenced by a number of factors: principally the
circumstances of the case and the impact that the crime has had on the
victim(s).

definition of criminal case is:
Prosecution by the State of a person or organization, for committing a public
wrong considered an offense against the State.
State meaning a people permanently occupying a fixed territory bound

One good example that we see still in todays nature is that of the tiny
tadpole fish, which develops from a tiny egg.
After some time it spontaniously grows little legs and eventually develops
into a frog. This example develops in a relatively short time, however over
the hundreds of millions of years many species of animal life have evolved.
Before the ice age the climate on Earth was different, plant life on Earth was
more lush and due to this abundant vegetation we have seen the different
reptiles evolve into very outsized dinosaurs and other simular creatures.

HOAXES
For instance, we take as
example the Piltdown man,
which turned out to be a
purposely false hoax, 40
long years after it was
'discovered' by Dawson and
Smith.
Your Honour, the point that
I am trying to make is that
for 40 long years it was
taught in our schools and
confused the young minds
of a whole generation in
their studies.
In 1912 the Piltdown man
discovery was publicized. It
was however constructed by
using the jawbone belonging
to an orangutan, which they
had soaked in potassium, so
it would look like a fossil.1

But what
Science I ask?
Modern
Science is the
answer.
Your Honour, honourable Jury, what does Modern Science entail?
Can we throw all the basic scientific principles overboard in Modern
Science, so we dont have to stick to facts anymore?
I was always taught that science was based on facts and that science
means reasoning, but sticking to the facts.

CHAPTER 5
All rise, this is the second day of the 'Evolution and Creation' case.
Presiding over the case is the Lord Justice, Dr. E. Dict.
The most recent Ice Age occurred then, as glaciers covered huge parts of the
planet Earth.
There have been at least five documented major ice ages during the 4.6
billion years since the Earth was formed - and most likely many more before
humans came on the scene about 2.3 million years ago.
The Pleistocene Epoch is the first in which Homo Sapiens evolved, and by the
end of the epoch humans could be found in nearly every part of the planet.
The Pleistocene Epoch was the first epoch in the Quaternary Period and the
sixth in the Cenozoic Era. It was followed by the current stage, called the
Holocene Epoch.

NOAH'S ARK?
As far as Noah's ark is concerned, I dont even want to waste my breath on it
as it is the greatest hoax of all times.
62
1. Excerpts taken from The Siberian Times 13 March 2014 article by
Anna Liesowska
In the Beginning . . . . then What? www.johanpeters.in
Indeed one discoverer of Noah's ark claims that his find was washed
up onto the mountain by a tsunami, not a flood. And somehow
everyone on board survived that tsunami - and the Ark still retained its
ship-shape after 4500 years.
It does seem rather unlikely that a wooden (or reed-construction) vessel
could have survived in recognizable form after 4,500 years on the side of a
snow-covered mountain. Just look what happens to log cabins in Alaska
after a few hundred years---they become as one with the Earth.
Nevertheless, the searches go on. The main purpose for most searchers is to
explicitly prove the existence of God.
Creationists like John Morris also hope that finding the lost Ark would
disprove evolution and prove the Bible.
Other searchers are just intrigued by the story.
It is a field ripe for deception
Thank you, Your Honour, this is all for now."
The court calls on Mr. N. Voy to take the witness stand and present
his material concerning creation.
MORE ON MAMMOTHS
Your Honour, members of the Jury, as I mentioned earlier, I
always ask a lot of questions and still do today.
My client writes:
'In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month,
the seventeenth day of the month,
the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up,
and floodgates of heaven were opened.' 1
Your Honour, for the sake of brevity I was going to leave the day and
month out, however this shows how exact my client is. He does not say
between 1,000,000 to 1,800,000 years ago.
No, my client gives the exact year, month and day.
As I explained yesterday from my clients writings there were waters
above the firmament, besides the waters under the firmament and
there were the waters of the deep.
This water above the firmament was in the form of ice crystals
suspended in space outside of the Earth's atmosphere and held in place
by the Earth's gravity just as the rings around the other planets are
held in place by the other planets' gravity.
This is not a strange phenomenon and is very possible, as Saturns
rings are known to be composed mainly of ice.

Your Honour, the ice coming down froze the calf instantly.
The fountains from the deep formed the mud and the calf
was instantly frozen and wrapped in mud.
If we can accept that my client meant what he said, then it becomes
straightforward.
To me this is circumstantial evidence that the flood really happened.
Thank you, this is all for now.
There will now be a 30-minute coffee break till 11:00 o'clock, after
which Mr. N. Voy will take the stand for creation.

John Joseph Nouri, Nestorian Archdeacon, had visited the Ark, during
an expedition to the source of the Euphrates. The
wood was peculiar, dark reddish in color, almost
iron colored in fact, and seemed very thick. During

have the Ark disassembled, transported and

1890s
Arthur Chuchian, an American, claimed that his father Jacob Chuchian
saw the Ark numerous times during his childhood. The Ark, which
has a reddish-brown color, rests on a type of cleft or ledge near a steep
drop off and is surrounded by the other three sides by walls of rock
and lies north-south direction.

structure was protruding from the ice.
From a 1996 interview; Bill: 'The whole squadron of

HISTORIAN JOSEPHUS
The first century Jewish historian, who also
worked for the Roman Empire, Flavius
Josephus 1 covers much of the history in
his book Antiquities of the Jews and
mentions the following concerning Noah's
Ark:
The ark rested on the top of a certain
mountain in Armenia ...
However, the Armenians call this place,
'The Place of Descent'; for Josephus 37-100 A.D.
the ark being saved in that place, its
remains are shown there by the inhabitants to this day.

CHAPTER 7
Your Honour, it is not all as simple as the witness makes it out to be.
Things are more complex than a story of a boat on the water carrying
a family and animals.
Your Honour, to me it is beyond comprehension that people actually believe
this. The plant and animal world and the human development is far more
complicated than the childlike stories of Adam and Eve in a garden and
Noah and his family going with the animals in a boat. I think that as adults
we have outgrown this Sunday school nonsense.
SNAKES
I would like to show you something that one of my esteemed colleagues Dr.
David Martill, Ph.D.1 Martill says, The new snake hints at how these legless,
slithering serpents evolved from four-legged, striding lizards. Martill called
the creature Tetrapodophis: four-legged snake.
This little animal is the
Archaeopteryx of the squamate
world, he says. (Squamates are
the snakes and lizards.)
Archaeopteryx is the feathered
fossil whose mish-mash of
features hinted at the
evolutionary transition from
dinosaurs to birds.
In the same way, Martill says,
the new snake hints at how
these legless, slithering serpents Tetrapodophis hindlimb (Credit: David Martill)
evolved from four-legged, striding lizards.

So every time the percentage (%) goes down by half, then you

14C comes to Earth in the sun rays. That is why dinosaur bones and
things that lived before the flood are practically 14C free, because of the
protective water/ice shield that protected the Earth from the harmful
sun rays before the flood.
Seeing that there is no 14C in these fossils, they are guesstimated to be
millions or billions of years old, while they are only approx. 4,500 to
6,000 years old according to my client.
I dont think that I can repeat this point enough, as this is a major
cornerstone of evolution, which holds no water.
One last thing that I forgot to mention this morning about the
dinosaurs, which became extinct because of lack of oxygen.
Evolution teaches us that man evolved tens of millions of years after
the dinosaurs became extinct.
However since in 1908, George
Adams discovered 14 giant human
footprints beside 134 dinosaur
footprints in the limestone of
Paluxy Creek riverbed in Glen
Rose, Texas.

Each group or family of Homo Sapiens developed their own
communication skills, which eventually became a spoken language and then
much later the more developed intellectual groups started writing these
languages in drawings and scripts.
One thing I forgot to mention concerning the Smithsonian Institute, that
it is administered by the Government of the United States, with affiliates
around the world and is a dedicated promoter of evolution.
I will read to the court the list of books concerning the origins of our present
day languages.
At present linguists estimate about 62 root languages.
Your Honour, this is a chart of the basic languages, and how they are
divided worldwide. This presents a total of 62 language families.
Much of the study of these family languages is taken from books of the
Smithsonian Institute".

LANGUAGES
My client also told Noah and his three sons,
Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth. 1
Now they pretty much all obeyed in multiplying, but not all obeyed to
scatter with their families throughout the Earth, which the Professor
explained was one large continent. Not all of Noahs children and
grandchildren wanted to pack up and go pioneering after the flood.
Many decided to stay together, just like we do nowadays, we crowd
together in cities, where money is quick and we can do as we like, as
we can disappear in the mass of humanity.
They decided under the leadership of Nimrod 4 to build a tremendous
high tower in the plains of Shinar in Iraq. This ministered to their
arrogance and pride and things got from bad to worse, so much so that
they imagined to build the top so high, that they could enter heaven.
Concerning the origin of the different languages, my client writes,
They have all one language; and this they begin to do: . . let us go down,
and there confound their language, that they may not understand one
another's speech. So my client scattered them abroad from there upon the
face of all the earth. . . Therefore is the name of it called Babel. 5
Your Honour, the linguists will tell us that all languages originated
from one language. The Professor shows that there are 62 major root
languages. I will not contest this, although from other supporting
writings I believe that there might have been 70 after my client
confused their language. 6

The Professor cant help but laugh and was about to make a comment,
when the gentle, but strong hand of the security guard came to rest on
his shoulder.
On the charts we see before and after the division. The different
regions had already people living on them, before these land-masses
moved away. Thus certain populations on separate continents have
similar features as they originate from the same ancestors.
North America had beautiful, intelligent, warm-
hearted people, who lived rather peaceably,
hunting, smoking their peace-pipes and making
colourful clothes, until their European family
rediscovered them.
Some of the first new immigrants wanted
friendship and spoke of my client, for which the
native population was thankful as they only knew
my client as the Great White Spirit. They
interacted and helped each other, but then the greedy ones arrived
with their guns and armies.
And the peaceful heaven on
Earth became a living hell, as
they were slaughtered by the
greedy ones, who stole their
lands, hunting grounds, riches
and destroyed their culture.

Modern understanding:
Darwin didn't know anything about genetics, Pobiner said.
He observed the pattern of evolution, but he didnt really know about the
mechanism.
That came later, with the discovery of how genes encode different biological
or behavioral traits, and how genes are passed down from parents to
offspring.
The incorporation of genetics and Darwin's theory is known as modern
evolutionary synthesis.
The physical and behavioral changes that make natural selection possible
happen at the level of DNA and genes.
Such changes are called mutations. Mutations are basically the raw
material on which evolution acts, Pobiner said.
As I mentioned earlier, mutations can be caused by random errors in DNA
replication or repair, or by chemical or radiation damage.
Most times, mutations are either harmful or neutral, but in rare instances,
a mutation might prove beneficial to the organism.
If so, it will become more prevalent in the next generation and spread
throughout the population.
In this way, natural selection guides the evolutionary process,
preserving and adding up the beneficial mutations and rejecting the
bad ones.
Mutations are random, but selection for them is not random, Pobiner said.
But natural selection isn't the only mechanism by which organisms evolve,
she said.
For example, genes can be transferred from one population to another when
organisms migrate or immigrate, a process known as gene flow. And the
frequency of certain genes can also change at random, which is called
genetic drift.
Even though scientists could predict what early whales should look like, they
lacked the fossil evidence to back up their claim.
114
In the Beginning . . . . then What? www.johanpeters.in
So certain was Einstein that the universe, as a whole, was eternal and
unchanging, that he not only dismissed mathematical analyses that attested
to the contrary, he inserted a modest amendment into his equations to
ensure that the math would accommodate his prejudice.
And prejudice it was.
As Lematre had pointed out, if space is now expanding, then by winding the
cosmic film in reverse we conclude that the observable universe was ever
smaller, denser and hotter ever further back in time.
But if true, what sent space swelling? And how could such an outlandish
proposal be tested?
In 1964, two Bell Labs scientists, Arno Penzias and Robert Wilson, were at
wits end, frustrated by a large ground-based antenna designed for satellite
communications.
The incessant hiss, the researchers realized, was arising from the Big Bangs
photons tickling the antennas receiver. The discovery earned Penzias and
Wilson the 1978 Nobel Prize.
The prominence of the Big Bang theory skyrocketed, impelling scientists to
pry the theory apart, seeking unexpected implications and possible
weaknesses.
A number of important issues were brought to light, but the most essential
was also the most basic.
The Big Bang is often described as the modern scientific theory of creation,
the mathematical answer to Genesis. But this notion obscures an essential
fallacy:
The Big Bang theory does not tell us how the universe began. It tells us
how the universe evolved, beginning a tiny fraction of a second after it all
started. As the rewound cosmic film approaches the first frame, the
mathematics breaks down, closing the lens just as the creation event is
about to fill the screen.
And so, when it comes to explaining the bang itselfthe primordial push
that must have set the universe headlong on its expansionary course
the Big Bang theory is silent.

But calculating deep into the night of December 6, 1979, Guth took the work
in a different direction.
He realized that not only did the equations show that general relativity
plugged an essential gap in Newtonian gravityproviding gravitys
mechanismthey also revealed that gravity could behave in unexpected
ways.
According to Newton (and everyday experience) gravity is an attractive
force that pulls one object toward another. The equations were showing
that in Einsteins formulation, gravity could also be repulsive.
The transition from complex organic molecules to living cells could have
occurred in several environments.
Small, warm ponds are one possibility, but recent work has suggested that
deep-sea hydrothermal vents.
118
In the Beginning . . . . then What? www.johanpeters.in
So what were the first living things and when did they appear? Studies of
genetic material indicate that a living group of single-celled organisms
called Archaea may share many features with early life on Earth.
Many Archaea now live in hot springs, deep-sea vents, saline water, and
other harsh environments.
If the first organisms resembled modern Archaea, they also may have lived
in such places, but direct evidence for early life is controversial because it is
difficult to distinguish between complex inorganic structures and simple
biological ones in the geologic record.
The physical and biological processes that take place on the Earth are
interrelated. The physical changes that shape the planet also affect its living
organisms. This link has been documented throughout Earth history, and we
see evidence of it even today.
Less well appreciated is the fact that living organisms can alter the physical
Earth as well.
One such example is the 'oxygen crisis' that occurred some two billion
years ago, when newly evolved photosynthetic organisms produced oxygen
in sufficient quantities to permanently change Earths atmosphere.
Clearly, it is not possible to understand the histories of life and of the
Earth as separate stories.
120

EVOLUTION
Evolution is the biological process that creates new adaptations and
(ultimately) species by favoring individuals with genetic traits that give
these individuals and their offspring higher reproductive success.
The fittest individuals are most able to meet the challenges of a constantly
changing physical and biological world, surviving to pass their genes to new
generations.
When mutations occur in these genes, this can lead to the evolution of a
new species.
Evolution is thus the process of change through time in the chain of life--
what Charles Darwin called 'descent with modification.'
Today we understand that fossils are one of the central lines of evidence
for evolution. Prior to the development Darwins theory, however, the many
lines of evidence that support it were not clearly understood or their
significance appreciated.
122
In the Beginning . . . . then What? www.johanpeters.in
123
In the Beginning . . . . then What? www.johanpeters.in
Over time, the genes that confer these advantages become more common in
the population.
Natural selection works through such mechanisms as competition for
resources, different abilities to tolerate physical conditions, and so forth,
resulting in differential reproductive success. But competition is not always
a physical battle.
For example, an individual with a longer neck might be able to reach more
food.
In a year when resources are limited, this adaptation would allow the
production of more offspring than other individuals in the population.
Over time, the average length neck in the population would shift toward
longer necks.
If these selective pressures persisted for some time, the population would
become significantly different from other populations in the species.
Then, if this population became isolated from the other populations of the
species, either through later physical isolation or through associated
mutations that limited cross-breeding with other individuals, an entirely
new species would appear.
One of Darwins key points was that evolution worked very slowly, over
millions of years of geological time, through the gradual, incremental
acquisition of small differences.
While not denying that much of evolution is indeed slow and gradual, it was
suggested that slow change was not the underlying process that gave rise to
most new species.
PUNCTUATED EQUILIBRIUM
Punctuated equilibrium helped to explain why many transitional forms
apparently were missing from the fossil record.
125
In the Beginning . . . . then What? www.johanpeters.in
Others have argued that small mutations could not produce the large
changes in organismal structure needed to drive the process of punctuated
equilibrium.
The common ancestor of these animals did not have fins, and so they were
not inherited and must have evolved independently.
126
In the Beginning . . . . then What? www.johanpeters.in
CO-EVOLUTION
Co-evolution occurs when two unrelated species evolve in tandem. In
effect, the species become linked through a period of sustained ecological
interaction such as the need for food and the need for pollination that link
certain insects and flowers. An evolutionary change in one of the two species
will often favor the survival of mutations that cause a change in the other.
In predator-prey interactions, the evolution of prey defenses in one species
can result in the subsequent evolution of a means to foil these defenses in
the other. This is often referred to as a co-evolutionary arms race. Co-
evolution also occurs in mutualistic relationships, where two species have a
mutually beneficial dependence on one
another.
For example, one species of acacia tree has
evolved features in tandem with a
particular species of ant.
The acacia provides shelter by producing
hollow thorns in which the ants can live.
127
In the Beginning . . . . then What? www.johanpeters.in
The trees also produce nectaries on their leaves that feed the ants, but
that also ensure that the ants will visit parts of the tree.
The ants in turn create a space around the base of the tree by trimming
encroaching vegetation that might shade the acacia or compete for its food
resources.
The ants will also attack any organism that enters this space.
Your Honour, as you can see, evolution and our origins is a broad and
fascinating subject.
At present we are still finding out new things of how it all came about and
how it all happened and we are still learning and discovering new theories
and although we dont know everything, one thing we do know for sure,
Your Honour, is that it did not happen as written in the childs story book of
Mr. N. Voy's client.
One thing we can say with certainty is that creation is the biggest load of
nonsensical rubbish that we have ever been told.

it at this.

HYBRIDS
Next, Your Honour, chimpanzees and humans are closely
related (sharing 95% of their DNA sequence and 99% of
coding DNA sequences)
Joseph Stalin financed a scientist, Dr. Ivanoff, with 200,000 dollars to
find out if it was possible to create a human-ape hybrid, the
Humanzee. Dr. Ivanoff ended up getting exiled to Siberia.
Although it is a contested speculation that a human-ape hybrid is
possible and, believe me, scientists have tried to mix and match these,
to prove evolution over and over again. . . I think finally they
produced a litte humanzee.
The photo I saw was that of a feeble, pathetic, sickly looking newborn
creature, which definitely does not fit 'the survival of the fittest'.
The barriers my client has put are clear and nature adheres to these
barriers, unless we try to break them.
I quote Einstein, 'Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again
and expecting different results.'
I repeat what Mr. Darwin said,
'Everything in nature is the result of fixed laws.'
Another example to support evolution is that of ANIMAL HYBRIDS.
A male horse and a female donkey have a hinny.
A female horse and a male donkey have a mule.
But hinnies and mules can't have babies of their own. They
are sterile because they cannot produce sperm or eggs.
Bottlenose dolphins and a fish similar to a killer whale occasionally
produce a mixed offspring known as a wholphin.

The FACTS are that every explosion is destructive, tested, tried and
proven. Maybe we need a new scientific formula: EP=H+D, meaning
the amount of Explosive Power equals the amount of Harm and
Damage caused, depending on the surroundings. Yet we are led to
believe that the greatest explosion of all times was a creative one.
This is totally opposite of any reasoning science, which is supposed to
be based on facts, tests, proven results and formulas.
THIS IS NO FACTUAL SCIENCE, BUT CLEARLY IMAGINATIVE,
THEORETICAL, 'LETS SUPPOSE' SCIENCE.
This literally takes the lid off Pandoras box as no proof or evidence is
needed to support this science.
142
What can those intermediate steps be? Things are either dead
or alive. There is no half-dead or half-alive.
There is NO HALF-ALIVE MATTER, besides some heartbreaking
humans that look like any life form has left them, who still walk
around, those sad cases who die at thirty, and get buried at sixty.
SPONTANEOUS GENERATION
In 1668, an Italian physician, named Francesco
Redi, disproved the idea of spontaneous
generation.
In 1859, Louis Pasteur experimented with the
idea of spontaneous generation. Scientists have
tried it for hundreds of years and have come to
Louis Pasteur 1822-95 the conclusion that only life can produce life.
Louis Pasteur formulated the Law of Biogenesis that, 'living things
come only from other living things.'
This law has been criticized and contradicted, because it does not fit
the evolution thought pattern of spontaneous generation.
Although contradicted and criticized because of
'advances in germ theory and cell theory'.
These are all theories and not one single scientific
experiment has proven the 'Law of Biogenesis'
wrong. 1
Pasteur said, 'Spontaneous generation is a dream fantasy.'
He was so convinced that he was right, that he stated in 1864,
'Never will the doctrine of spontaneous generation recover
from the mortal blow struck by my simple experiment.'

If he can explain it clearly then I might consider, with the emphasis on

I would like to once and for all put an end to this. It is either evolution
or creation and if Mr. N. Voy cannot come up with a proper scientific
explanation, then I will stay absolutely convinced that our origins lie in the
process of evolution, no matter how many missing links, closed-minded
scientists, or flaws there might be.
If Mr. N. Voys client is what he makes out to be, then he must have a
scientific explanation for the creation process, as he is supposed to be
omnipresent, omnipotent and omniscient.
Omniscient meaning he knows all the science possible and all the
scientific formulas.

'My client blessed the end of Job more than his beginning.' 1
Your Honour, members of the Jury, if I insist and tell you in all

consequently the 32 volumes of 'Encyclopedia Britannica' came

Yet, the Encyclopedia Britannica is

incorruptible, and we shall be changed. . .' 3
Even this formerly unattainable feat and 'religious nonsense' now
becomes possible as our DNA is almost impossible to be destroyed.
Even if our physical DNA is destroyed, according to quantum physics
we are spiritual beings.
I repeat: 'Quantum physicists discovered that . . if we really want to
observe ourselves and find out what we are, we are really beings of
energy and vibration, radiating our own unique energy signature -
'Get over it, and accept the inarguable
conclusion. The universe is immaterial It
is mental and spiritual.' 4
People on Earth with severe handicaps
have time-travelled and seen themselves
completely whole in the heavenly realm.
Hence our soul will join our body again, as
my client clones our personal body in a
new incorruptible body at the speed of
light to the square, seeing our personal
DNA or 'our own unique energy signature'
is recorded in an indestructible file, called,
For this reason, Your Honour, what we are learning will never
be wasted, but will stay with us in our DNA forever after our
resurrection.
Resurrection means in scientific terms that when my client acts and
becomes kinetic energy he will clone our personal DNA into a new
body mass, at the speed of light to the square, while all that we
learned will automatically be part of us.
This time, when our soul will join our body mass again, the body mass
will be a new 'out-of-this-four-dimensional-world' body, similar to the
one that Jesus had after his resurrection. He could freely shift in and
out of our four-dimensional parameters. He could eat, walk through
walls, disguise himself and was not subject to gravity.
Everyone else is raised on the day of judgment. My client has to allow
things to take its full course, to see what character we each develop.
Did I choose love, or look the other way? Did I heal or hurt, care or
curse, give or grab? Nothing will be swept under the carpet.
'I saw the dead, small and great . . and the books were opened : and
another book was opened , which is the book of life: and the dead were
judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to
their works.' 1
A child born in a war-torn country that saw her mother being raped
before both her parents got killed, will get a much different ruling then
those who instigated the war for greed.
'The day when God will judge the secrets of men' 2
My client relates very much to what Steve Jobs
said: 'Maybe its because I want to believe in an
afterlife, that when you die, it doesnt just all
disappear. The wisdom youve accumulated,
somehow it lives on, but sometimes I think its
just like an on-off switch. Click and youre gone.
And thats why I dont like putting on-off
switches on Apple devices.'3

CHAPTER 14
Members of the Jury, ladies and gentlemen. This is the final session of
'Evolution and Creation' court case.
We call on the Professor to make his defense on behalf of evolution.
Put aside all the questionable photographs, which I would say are
downloads from dubious blogs and websites.
These are websites that are insinuating that some conspiratory secret
organization is responsible for unexplained events.
Where is this Mr. D.Vine, or so called God? He is nowhere to be seen, however
to the contrary where do we find Mr. Charles Darwin?
181
In the Beginning . . . . then What? www.johanpeters.in
He is in every textbook that we teach to our children, who are the hope
of our future. The process of evolution has become the corner stone of
science.
Dear Jury, may I ask you to look in
your purse?
Mr. Darwin is there on our ten-pound
note. He is judged by society at large
on the same level as our beloved
Queen, as they are both present on
the same ten-pound bill.
These are not just words or photographs from untrustworthy blogs, these
are facts.
The Royal Society has created in memory of Mr. Charles Darwin the Darwin
Medal which is awarded every alternate year, with a monetary reward of
1,000,- for work of acknowledged distinction in the broad area of biology,
notably in evolution,1 population biology, organismal biology and biological
diversity.
I present you with facts and that, for me, ladies and gentlemen, is
circumstantial evidence enough.
Mr. Darwins evolution has debunked the simplistic idea of creation which is
put forth in a naive storybook. Mr. Darwin studied the writings of Mr. D.
Vines storybook.
He held a degree in theology as a young student, but, Your Honour and dear
jury, he got wiser, he grew up and started listening to his heart and started
seeking for hard evidence, instead of stuffing his mind with stories that
sound good, but have no intrinsic value.
Therefore, Your Honour and members of the Jury, I want to petition you to
ban Mr. D. Vines storybook, which goes under the pretext of the Greek word
biblos or in our language Bible.
It should be prohibited from all educational institutions, as it brings
confusion to the minds of the younger students and the more vulnerable
among the populus.
I have but one request, that you will follow your heart in this serious matter.
182
1. https//en.wikipedia.org/wiki/evolution
In the Beginning . . . . then What? www.johanpeters.in
I ask, that you will make a sound judgement not based on fairy tales
from the dark ages, but on scientific and biological research led by
enlightened minds of science based on facts that we hold dear to our hearts.
This is all I have to say: Listen to your heart, see the facts of carbon-dating,
instead of religious Sunday school stories.
Science and knowledge is the only way forward. I trust that you will make
the right decision and not be scared off by some religious deity, who will
punish you if you dont believe in his stories of which creation is the worst.
There is silence.
Then the court calls on Mr. N. Voy to make his final defense for
creation.
183
In the Beginning . . . . then What? www.johanpeters.in
Your Honour, I would like to quote from Mein Kampf again. Hitler
was firm believer in evolution, the survival of the fittest and the
supremacy of the German race.
It would never come into the heads of the broad
masses to fabricate colossal untruths, and they
would not believe that others could have the
impudence to distort the truth so infamously. . . .
They will still doubt and waver and will continue to
think that there may be some other explanation. For
the grossly impudent lie always leaves traces behind
it, even after it has been nailed down, a fact which is
known to all expert liars in this world. . .
I request that, due to circumstantial evidence that was presented to the
court that the writings of my client, also known as the Bible will be
declared as factual concerning our origins.
In view with the human right of religious freedom, where everyone is
free to believe as one wishes, that the theory of evolution be
officially declared a religion.
I would also like to thank the Professor for his presentations.
Although I have only presented circumstantial evidence, I would like
to add a word of caution, seeing our individual verdict could
determine where each of us would personally spend eternity, in a
bubbling chemical soup with slimy sliddering creatures?

Shouting from the balcony, Yeah, good for you Professor, I am so glad
that finally someone is telling the truth about these rotten idiots, I hate
this whole, f&*^%$#, stupid, idiotic, religious nonsense.
The cameras are zooming in to this man and to the Professor.
The Justice is pounding his gavel and raises his voice,
SECURITY, PLEASE CLEAR THE PERSON THAT MADE THE
COMMENT ON THE BALCONY.
Professor, if you do not control your tongue, then Security, please
escort the Professor out.
I dont care, I have sat through this day's sessions and it is enough for
me. I am sick of the whole rotten stupidity of this court and the
witness of Mr. N. Voy. It is just too much for me.
The Professor practically collapses in his chair and starts gasping for
breath. It seems that the stress and excitement is proving too much for
him.
185
In the Beginning . . . . then What? www.johanpeters.in
The Justice nods to the security guard next to the Professor to see if he
can take him out of the courtroom.
I think it will be appropriate to call an ambulance.
Whilst this was going on floor of the courtroom, on the balcony, the
two security guards are having a tougher time, as the person has
handcuffed himself to the balcony railing-bar and keeps screaming
profanities.
The press is delighted with
these developments.
As the Justice is looking
around at a the commotion,
he announces with a slight
smile, while pounding his
gavel,
186
In the Beginning . . . . then What? www.johanpeters.in
This is the exact reason why I preferred not to have the press in the
courtroom, because some people, by doing something outrageous, can
get their picture taken and even end up on the front page of a
newspaper.
I would soon like to bring this case to closure.
Was there anything else Mr. N. Voy that you wanted to say before you
got interrupted?
189

Grasping what the out-of the-boxers try to tell us is not easy for us
box-heads, as we'll defend our being boss within our parameters of:
Hey Crackpot,
I see nothing
outside my box!
Stay
Out!
That is all, Your Honour, members of the Jury, thank you very much
for your patience.
The members of the Jury will now withdraw for 30 minutes and
determine their verdict.
Doors will close at 4:15, so we will all be seated again by 4:20 to hear
their verdict and then I will give my ruling.
__________
Cameras are clicking as the press rushes towards Mr. N. Voy sticking
several microphones in his face. A smart looking lady asks,
Sir, the Professor said that you got your information from websites
that are insinuating that some conspiratory secret organization is
responsible for unexplained events.
What is your response to that?
Dear madam, let this go on record that I have no interest in
websites that are insinuating that some conspiratory secret
organization is responsible for unexplained events. I have used the
same websites as the Professor and all the links are recorded in the
transcript of the case, so you are welcome to see for yourself.
If you would be so kind as to excuse me as nature is calling.

CHAPTER 14
All be seated. Members of the Jury, would you please pass me your
verdict?
The Lord Justice reads quietly . . . and then clears his throat,
The Jury is divided and could not come to a unanimous verdict. In the
eventuality that this would happen, I had spoken beforehand with the
court recorder for a suitable solution.
Thus, as presiding Justice over this court, I advocate that those who
have been present at the case and have formed their opinion from all
the material presented by both parties, accept the responsibility to give
their personal judgment. This request also pertains to those who have
read this transcript of the case.
With the verdict still pending I urge you to pass your vote to the scribe
of this case, Mr. Peters.
He has a comment box available on his website at the bottom of the
homepage.
Please be so kind as to give your vote online at:

Myself, as Justice, along with the members of the Jury, and both the
witnesses are looking forward to your vote so this case can find
closure, which is of utmost importance.

With this the official hearing of the case 'Evolution and Creation' is
now closed. Judgment is pending, ladies and gentlemen, according to
your vote.
With this the honourable Lord Justice leaves the courtroom and
withdraws to his office.
The press is clamouring and chasing Mr. N. Voy with questions and
microphones.
The same lady asks Mr. N. Voy,
Sir, are you happy with the recommendation of the judge?
