MAY I Nature and Purpose of business:-
Concepts and characteristics of business understanding of employment,
profession and business objectives of business classification of business activities:
Industry and Commerce classification of Industry and Meaning of Commerce.
JULY II Forms of business organization:
Sole proprietorship, undivided Hindu family business partnership, Co-operative
society, company-including Private Limited and Public Limited, choice of form of
business organization (For starting a New business)
AUGUST III Private, Public and Global Enterprise :-
Private sector and Public Sector detail of public sector enterprises-Departmental
undertaking statutory corporation Government Company changing role of Public
sector enterprises MNC, Joint Venture (Meaning)
IV Business Services (Meaning, Nature and Types) Banking Services, Insurance,
Transporation, Communication and Warehousing.
SEPTEMBER V E-Business – meaning, process and utility safety, precaution regarding e –
business. Outsourcing of services in business meaning and need.
VI Concept of Social responsibility and business ethics. Responsibility towards
different concerned group’s concept of business ethics, content of business ethics.
OCTOBER VII Incorporation of Company:-
Detail of stages of formation of company with complete process and knowledge of
documents used in information of a company.
NOVEMBER VIII Sources of business Finance:
Meaning of busi8ness finance nature of business finance and significance
requirements and sources of business finance detail: equity and Preference
shares, debenture, retained profit, public deposit
- Loan from commercial banks and other financial institutional.
- Trade credit and discounting to bill of exchange.
- Global depository Receipts and ADR,
DECEMBER IX Small business: Meaning, nature and role of small business in India, problems
faced by small business and schemes launched by Govt for small business
especially for rural and hilly area.
X Internal Trade: meaning and type’s detail of wholesale trade detail of retail trader
and its different types. Role of commerce and industry association to promote
internal trade.
January XI International Trade:
Meaning difference B/W internal and external trade. Process of external trade.
Detail of document used. Government scheme for promotion of experts.
To understand international treaties and organization and their roles in
international trade.
