A Leadership Prayer

Give me the vision to see what is needed;

The opportunities to set and meet the right goals;
Motivate and encourage,
While guiding and directing;
And hear what is being said.
Help me recognize and shun mediocrity;
To keep to the mission at hand;
To embrace change and not hold to tradition;
And remember that to take no risk
Is the biggest risk of them all.
