Those who are permitted to travel on their own / Group Arrangement, please be in Lumut by

12.00 noon. BUT CANCERLINK’S PERMISSION should have been CONFIRMED earlier.

There will be many activities at Sea and on the Land, You must bring extra items. As mentioned
below.

 Swimming outfit/costumes are COMPULSORY for swimming activities. No “t” shirts and
slack/Jeans allowed. Goggles & Swimming Caps are necessary for those with long hair OR
for those who wish to cover their head.
 Additional T-Shirts and shorts/track bottoms for outdoor activities.
 Rubber sports lace-up Shoes are important for Water Activities.
 Sun Glasses, Sunblock, & mosquitoe repellant will be very useful.
 2 or 3 pairs of lace-up covered sport shoes is COMPULSORY for other activities
 SPECIAL SESSION ON “LEARNING PHOTOGRAPHY’ for all. Please bring YOUR
CAMERA.
Please read and understand the operating MANUAL of your CAMERA. This will help you
during the Session
Use own Camera / instead of handphone/ipad to improve your chance of winning the PHOTO
COMPETITION.

 MEDICATION – If you are on medication please bring it along. Do not forget this
