Psalm 1:1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor 
standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. 
 
Psalm 32:1-2 Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. 2 Blessed is 
the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile. 

Psalm 33:12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he 
hath chosen for his own inheritance. 
 

Psalm 40:4 Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as 
turn aside to lies.

Matthew 5:3-11 

Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

James 1:12 Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall
