New Vaya Chat Reporting

with interval

1. Open Vaya Chat report file in WF Queue report folder


2. Go to Zopim Zendesk Chat Analytics

3. Go to Analytics and then click download CSV located on the top right corner of the page.

4. On the date range, click on down arrow and select "Custom"

5. Change the Interval to "HOURLY" (Up to 7days)


6. Click Send.
7. Check your email. Open folder from zopim zendesk, get "account_chats_analytics"

8. Open file and raw data will show up, get only data from Row 9, or End time with T21:00:00 GMT
Note that total count of cells should only be 17.

9. Copy the data from A9 to AR9 Columns to last row with data. Paste it to Vaya Chat report "RAW".
10. Unhide RAW2 data in Vaya chat report. (ALT+OHU shortcut keys)
11. Type the date (yesterday) or date of the extracted data.
12. Drag the formula of Colums E to H. (Time to Handling Time)
13. Refresh Pivot.
14. Update Graph , unhide for graph data.
15. Select data on MTD Volume.
16. Send report.
