Aptio File Collection Overview
File collection requires data components to be gathered from a variety of sources (logs, xml, csv, ini),
folders, and manual parameters from the Aptio system (Total Pallets and Centrifuge setup).

Before collecting data it is imperative to check all the clocks and synchronize if necessary. If the
server system clocks are not synchronized with the LIS time then the turn-around-times (TAT) may
not be accurate.

Collect only 2-3 days for data. The reason is a considerable length of time is required to process all
the files. It is better to collect a few days of data and make adjustments and collect a second set of
files for subsequent projects.

Mandatory Required Files

Summary of mandatory files and parameters to be submitted for processing:

1. CentraLink Create-Result Export File - This is an export from CentraLink. The MISPL is
attached in a small text file (MISPL Code_Create-Result_Validated v22.txt). Place the MISPL
