APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION OF PERSONAL APPEARANCE OF

APPLICANT APPELLANT ‘BASRAJ’
Respected Sir,

The applicant/appellant prays as under:-

1- That the above noted case is pending before the Hon’ble Court and is fixed for
today.

2- That the applicant has telephonically told his counsel that he could not appear
before the hon’ble court since, he is struck with his vehicle at West Bengal and he
could not reach before the hon’ble court today due to this reason only.

3- That non appearance of the applicant is not intentional, but due to aforementioned
reason only. The applicant shall appear before the Hon’ble Court on the next date
of hearing.

4- That the applicant has no objection in the course of the court proceeding and the
same may kindly be carried in his absence.

It is, therefore, prayed that the personal appearance of the applicant may
kindly be exempted for today in the interest of justice and exemption application
may please be allowed.
