Soak spuds in water and put aside

Brown floured beef with lardons and lard, then set aside. Put drippings into dutch
oven

Cut up veg - onions and peppers and habanero, and cook it up. Put garlic last.

Put beef back in, and add two teaspoons of tomato paste

Add 4 cups of water -a bit under one litre.

Add salt and pepper, and two big tablespoons and parika and stir.

Cook for about an hour. Add potatoes later.

Serve and stir in sour cream.
