‘SCOPE: Carwash Area, Fast Access Bay, and General Job Area.
PURPOSE: To minimize damage of units cause by collisions.
RESPONSIBILITY: Pull - out Drivers, Car Jockeys, Foremen and all authorized drivers.
PROCEDURES:
All dealer personnel should observe the following guidelines to avoid or prevent damages like scratches, dents,
dirt, etc to the vehicles.
1. Upon seating in customer unit, make sure that your uniform and hands are cleaned. Courtesy items like seat
cover, floor matting, shift knob cover and steering wheel cover was installed,
2. Always depress foot brakes and make sure that the shift lever is in Neutral position when starting the engine.
3. Slowly crive the vehicle carefully.
4. Always observe Speed Limit not more than 5 Km per hour.

Bomb Threat

‘SCOPE: All Department.
PURPOSE: To aware all employees and customers upon receiving 2 bomb threat.
RESPONSIBILITY: All Team Members.
PROCEDURES:
If Bomb Threat was announced:
All Employees:
1. Don't panic; secure your work and area.
2. If foreign objects found in your workplace, report it to Safety Officer and/or Security
Personnel.
3. Evacuate your area and stay in a safe holding area at least 300 feet away from the
building. (e.g.Hino Building)
4, Never allow anybody or any person to get inside the building unless declared clear of any
‘suspected explosive devices by the Bomb Disposal Team.
Fire Captain / Assistant Fire Captain
Upon informed a bomb threat:
- Alert everyone on his area to evacuate in an orderly manner using the nearest
exit.
= Check all offices, stores, toilets etc to ensure that no one is left behind.
- Ensure that the disabled, children, pregnant women etc if present in their storey,
are given particular attention during evacuation.
- Leave the building after ascertaining that all the occupants of the floor have
complied with his order.
- Ensure orderly at the assembly area.
‘Communication Team
- Upon informed a bomb threat, the communication team shall immediately notify
‘the Bomb disposal Team and state the following:
‘A. Location of the building
B, Telephone number
The caller shall not replace the telephone set until the address has been
repeated by the operator.
- Upon activation of alarm, the communication team shall first to determine the
bomb threat.Chief Security Officer / Assistant Chief Security Officer
- The Chief Security Officer shall ensure that security personnel are deployed at
the main entrance, the main lobby entrance and rear exit to guide guests/visitors,
to the designated assembly area when the fire alarm was activated.
- Ensure that all main entrances and exits to/from the building are adequately
manned to prohibit unauthorized entry and also to intensify patrolling in the
vicinity of the building.
: Ensure that security guard directs the Bomb Squad on his arrival.
= Ensure that security guard is detailed to direct traffic to facilitate the movement:
of evacuees at points where they cross roads to reach assembly point.
Evacuation Team
- On reaching the assembly area, conduct a roll call of the staff present and report
to the Fire Captain in person of the evacuation status.
- He/ She shall be responsible for the orderly assembly and attendance of
‘employees under his/ her charge. He/ She refer to the roll call Searchers of
individual department.
First Aider /Assistant First Aider
- Chief First Aider will set up the first aid centre immediately at Hino Building upon
activation of alarm. The other first aiders are also gathered there with their first
aid box.
- He/ She will attend first to any injured persons on site.
- Upon arrival of ambulance, he/ she will report the status of injuries to the nurses
and doctors.
Search and Rescue Team
(On hearing the fire alarm:
. Check all offices, stores, toilets etc to ensure that no one is left behind.
- Ensure that the disabled, children, pregnant women etc if present in their storey,
are given particular attention during evacuation.
- To account for the total number of evacuees in the building after all the roll call
HR has reported the headcount of their division.
HR Department
- HR staff will update the staffs’ name list every 2 months and distribute the name
lists to assigned Searchers per department and to Security department.
