gave a course on Fracture Mechanics at Addis Ababa Institute of Technology in February 2017.
was a very inquisitive and engaged student, with a very positive attitude throughout the duration
of the course. I found him extremely conscientious about his work and attending class, he often
participated well and often asked very penetrating, logical, reasonable, and important question.
He has skills that he is eager to share, but he is just as eager to learn. I feel very confident that he
will be extremely successful in all his future endeavors. He is a focused and determined young
