for the post of Research Assistant in CATE Research and Assistantship. I had Mr. Noor Ul
Hassan as my student and research assistant at School of Business and Commerce University
of Gujrat since 2015 academic year. Mr. Noor Ul Hassan is an excellent candidate and I
expect him to be successful and select in your programs for several reasons.

Mr. Noor Ul Hassan has an excellent academic profile. He took one of my course
Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship for the fall term in 2017. Since the day first he became one
of my students. I have been impressed by his enthusiasm and critical thinking showed in
class. He worked very hard in the class and I could tell that he was surely interested in and
curious about the subject. He has a profound understanding of decision making strategy.
Confident as he always was, he took part actively in class discussions and usually played a
leading role.

Mr. Noor Ul Hassan has a great potential in academic research. Serving as my research
assistant he was able to complete all the tasks successfully that I assigned to him. The quality
of his work is excellent and absolutely beyond my expectation. He was very creative on many
issues that we discussed. I am sure that his thoughtful and insightful point of views enable
him to dig deeper in his pursuit of academic research career. Apart from that he also
completed his own research project and thesis efficiently and effectively in his academic
terms having graceful grades.
