INSAT for admission to your honorable institution. I came to know Youssra Elouaer for 3
years. She has been studying chemistry engineering for 5 years now. She has proved to be a
hard-working student full of motivation and aspirations.

respect of her writing abilities and research skills.
Overall, Youssra Elouaer is highly intelligent and has had good analytical skills. Her written
work is both clear and concise as well as interested in reading. She demonstrated her oral
skills in the discussion sections that were crucial in our course. She proved to be able to
defend her point of views effectively and to develop and argue her own views thanks to
highly developed analytical skills. She was so proficient in applying the course material in
analyzing several issues.
She has always shown powerful skills in explaining her views in a very concise and clear way.
She has proved as well to be very persuasive thanks to her supporting arguments and her
wide knowledge. She demonstrated good team work skills and a great team spirit. She fitted
as well as a team leader thanks to her effective leadership skills that she has developed
through her hard work.
At a personal level, Youssra Elouaer is a well-disciplined, hardworking student with a
pleasant personality of tolerance, flexibility and open-mindness.
She went far beyond the course requirements both in her individual and group work putting
a lot of effort in researching and attending all classes every day. Throughout her educational
career, Youssra Elouaer demonstrated great perseverance and initiative. She was not only
interested and motivated to learn but she also put great work into assimilating it to her own
