It is with great pleasure that I write this recommendation for Momoreoluwa Jolaoso to
support her application for Admission into your prestigious university (Yale University).
Momoroluwa has a deep passion for Business and has been one of the few exceptionally
gifted students that I have encountered in my teaching career as a Social Science teacher
(Economics and Government).
As a member of my advanced placement in Social Science (Economics and Government)
classes, I have found Momoreoluwa to be an intelligent, conscientious, motivated, and
responsible student who masters theory and applies it well. She academically excelled
among her peers, often explained concepts to confused classmates, actively participated
during discussions, asked questions to ensure that she had a firm understanding of
concepts, and sought additional sources for supplementary problem-solving exercises.
Momoreoluwa is a self-motivated, dedicated hardworking student of high intelligence
who can grasp difficult concepts, think critically, and handle the rigor of a competitive
college environment. She exhibits the qualities of a leader and a promising student who
loves to study.
Beyond her academic excellence, she is a charismatic individual who is respected and
liked by her peers. Throughout her high school career, Momoreoluwa often stopped by
my room during lunch to take my subject test to review her subject scores. Her maturity
and charisma are qualities that are quite rare among high school students. She interacts
well with her peers be it in the classroom settings or with a broad diverse student
population. She balances her time well by excelling in a heavy course load filled with
advanced placement classes and she also participated in various school and community
activities, including our school’s academic teams which provided a structural yet fun
forum for competition and learning.
I admire her for her sincerity, honesty, and integrity and I’m impressed by her discipline
as an independent learner. She is a highly motivated individual with a great thirst for
knowledge.
She will surely be a great asset and superior addition to Yale University and therefore I
recommend her without an iota of doubt.
