Mr. Noor Aziz is working as Advisor/program Officer in the department of Software

Engineering since August 2014. I have known him for 4 years in my capacity as a Head of the
Software Engineering department.

He is very intelligent and has good analytical, Team lead skills along with excellent
communication skills. At a personal level he is a well-disciplined, industrious officer with a
pleasant personality.

He is actively managing Academic Affairs of the department including Courses allocation,

course offering to the faculty and students, Students counselling, Semester planning,
allocation of lab resources and smoothly conduction of examination and admission process.
He is also responsible for departmental Quality Assurance (QA) and Pakistan Engineering
Council visit for accreditation of the program.
He has always taken his role seriously and is passionate about his tasks. Beyond his passion
on driving performance, Mr. Noor Aziz is a natural leader, and fights hard for his beliefs. He’s
at his best in a group environment, and is consciously proactive at getting full involvement of
all other team members to derive the best results possible. He has a very effective personal
style, and will be looked to for continued engineering managerial skills and efforts.
