We are writing to inform you that we will be increasing the monthly rental by One Thousand
Pesos (PHP 1,000) beginning December 2017 in view of our agreement with your respective
proprietor made at the beginning of the tenancy that for every year of occupation, there will be
a One Thousand Pesos (PHP 1,000) increase in the monthly rent. In the spirit of goodwill, we
will only begin the increase on the above period (December 2017) and at amount stated (PHP
1,000). For the purpose of transparency, we disclose that the amount received from this
increase will be allocated to necessary expenses, especially in view of increasing BIR tax
requirements
