TS 1.1 When consumption is less than minimum charge is
applied
Description: This Scenario deals with the condition where Total
Consumption of Water is less than the Minimum Charge
Consumption.
Pre-requisites:
CC&B up and running.
Rates are Configured.
Data Requirements:
Consumption<10.5 m^3; Account char: GST; Zero rates and out
of supply are applied.
Indicative Cases: This scenario will cover at a high level the
following cases:
 Test that Minimum Charge is applied if charge calculated
from total Consumption is less than Minimum Charge.
TS 1.2 When consumption is more than minimum charge is
applied
Description: This Scenario deals with the condition where Total
Consumption of Water more than Minimum Charge
Consumption.
Pre-requisites:
CC&B up and running.
Rates are Configured.

Consumption> 10.5 m^3; Account char: GST; Zero rates and
out of supply are applied.
Indicative Cases: This scenario will cover at a high level the
following cases:
 Test that Step Consumption Charges are applied if charge
calculated from total Consumption is more than Minimum

TS1.3 When consumption is equal to minimum charge is

applied

Description: This Scenario deals with the condition where Total

Consumption of Water is same as Minimum Charge

TS1.4 When Standard rated GST is applied with zero rated="N'

and out of scope supply ='N'

Description: This Scenario deals with the condition where GST

is applied as “N” for Zero Rated and out of Scope supply is “N”.
