Re: Final Demand to Pay

This letter will serve as formal notice to you that you are in default of your
obligation which was contracted on October 17, 2016 and due on October 17,
2017.

Your loan which has a balance of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php
300,000.00) exclusive of interest, is now overdue and you have failed to repay
the same despite repeated requests.

Accordingly, a FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to settle your

indebtedness within ten (10) days from the date of this letter. Otherwise I will
be constrained to file the necessary legal action against you and exercise
whatever rights and remedies I have under the law.

I trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential attention
to avoid the expense and inconvenience of litigation.
