LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION

This is to authorize the bearer of this letter, Mr. RONALD ROCA ANG my
son, who is hereby granted the authority;

1. To CLAIM and RECEIVE my statement of account from Metrobank

Brillantes Branch, Zamboanga City;
2. To SIGN any or all documents relative to the release/accomplishment of the
same;
3. To perform all acts requisite and necessary for the accomplishment of the
authority above-mentioned;

Failure of the undersigned to undertake the foregoing matters are due to the
sickness (Arthritis) suffered by the same, making it physically impossible for me to
do so.
