SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, KRAMER D. GOBATON, of legal age, Filipino citizens and a resident of Tugbungan,
Zamboanga City, Philippines, do hereby name, appoint and constitute CHRISTAL GALE B. GONZALES,
of legal age, Filipino citizen, and resident of Tumaga, Zamboanga City, Philippines, to be my true and
lawful Attorney-In-Fact for me and in my name, place and stead, for our own benefit and use, to do and
perform any of the following acts and things to wit:

1. To appear, sign and receive documents with the Registry of Deeds, Zamboanga City.
Relative to the process of transfer of ownership of title over that certain parcel of
land located at Zamboanga City, Philippines;

2. To sign, execute, process, assess and deliver pertinent to the Registry of Deeds of
Zamboanga City and the Government of Zamboanga, as well as other documents
that may be required by the said institution in connection with the said real
property relative to the purpose of transfer of title in favor of the transferee relative
to the said Deed of Sale of said property;

3. To transact, sign, execute, process, assess and deliver pertinent documents to the
Bureau of Internal revenue, Zamboanga City, (BIR for brevity) and the Government
of Zamboanga City relative to the above-mentioned purpose;

4. To file, sign, execute, process and deliver any documents with the Registry of deeds
(ROD for brevity, Zamboanga City, relative to the above-mentioned purpose;

5. To get, claim, receive and follow-up any papers in my name or belonging to me

(including the said Transfer Certificate of Title with ROD) relative to the above-
mentioned purpose;

6. To pay, tender, deposit, remit, endorse disburse and issue checks or monies to the
Bureau of Internal Revenue, Zamboanga City (BIR for brevity) and the City
Government of Zamboanga City representing payments for fees, taxes, and all other
legal fees that may be required thereof;

7. To make, sign, and execute all necessary documents for the attainment of the
above-specified purpose;

8. To do and perform all other acts necessary and reasonable for the attainment and
accomplishment of the above-specified purpose.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to do and
perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to be done and about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present, and acting in
person; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or
cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
